You are right. I write since so many times, when we create, to be an actor or write a new character is the same thing.

You are captivating I drink your words. Yes, the eye is a direct connection to the brain, its impact, the image it sends back to us of what we perceive of the outside world is very important.

@@jpcyt8173 well the way I did it was join the theater/drama program at my highschool to gain more experience but there are other great theater classes that might be able to teach you the same thing like I personally like “the second city”

I thought they ALL came across as acting, not one was convincing except perhaps the last girl - who was unranked. Maybe this works for an American audience but I would say international not.

No shame. No original concepts. His bio claims a 18 year acting "career". He has 6 acting credits. That's a career? If he were anymore full of himself he'd explode. Mentor? Maybe for the vapid LA actors who will listen to anyone if they think he has the "formula" to stardom. He pontificates about craft? Really? I've been an actor for 40+ years and have been trained and coached by the best NYC has to offer. And I coach as well. Specifically for auditions I guide them to find the tools so they can go out and nail that audition. Nothing even remotely resembling his Gordon Gecko shtick. A former Fortune 500 clown teaching the craft of acting? For money? Oh brother. BTW, I have supported myself for 75% of those 40+ years as an actor and coach. And now SAG/AFTRA has contracted him to do a "career enhancing event". Only in some sort of alternate universe could an individual with so little to offer address the largest performer's union in the world.

Am I the only one who doesn't agree with the ranking order of these ? Luckily none of these actors were cringey or unbelievable. I've seen so many bad cringey monologues before but all these actors were good.
