Your dorm is so cute! I am moving in in a few weeks and this tour gave me just the right idea for what my roommate and I need to plan our dorm together!
your dorm is so pretty omg!!! i just wanted to ask you around how much did it cost for you to decorate it this way and what are the best dorm shopping stores in your opinion? ❤️
I'm looking into different residence halls and was wondering, what is the community like at Kalapuya? Do you get to know your neighbors super well or does it just depend on the person? I feel like since there's no community bathrooms, you wouldn't be able to get to know other people on your floor better
First thing, I don't know whether you know this or not that your tapestry looks exactly like an Indian Bedsheet print, specially, a Rajasthani Art or Print(Rajasthan is a Historical state in India). Secondly, somebody from your university told on RU-vid in a video that dorms in your university are "unusually small" but it doesn't seem so from your video. The room is beautifully decorated and maintained. Good Luck for your future endeavours. 💞🇮🇳
I just applied to O of U and the Clark Honors College, and it’s one of my top schools! I have a couple of questions about the university in general. I was wondering how big the partying scene is and what it’s like if you don’t like to party? Also, are there many students from the east coast that go there?
Isabella Walters Hi there! The partying scene is pretty huge for a university, but it’s no big deal if you don’t party! I didn’t party at all my freshman year!
Isabella Walters As far as east coast students, there’s students from basically everywhere! Mostly California and Oregon, but I met quite a few east coasters last year
i just got back to LA from duck days and i’m in love with uo :)) so now i’m binging tours lol. this video was great! your room is super cute, the mental breakdown thing is funny (in a messed up way) and the avengers end game countdown is so relatable hehe
I want to go to the university of Oregon but live in a different continent to the US. I live in the UK where collage ends at 18 years old. I was thinking of taking a gap year to move to Oregon but not sure on the process. Any tips?
Morgan spillman I honestly can’t remember when I applied, it was pretty early though. However, I’m in the ARC for social activism which guaranteed me a spot in Kalapuya!
Olivia hi there! my friends and i will go to the movies a lot, or we’ll go to the mall. we went bowling a couple weeks ago and that was really fun! eugene also has a great downtown scene with cute shops and restaurants!
hadley b I love Eugene, personally. I was born here but grew up 2 hours south in a small town. To me, Eugene is the perfect in between from a small town to a big city. Since it’s such a college town there’s always things going on like shows or concerts.
Rachel anderson Hi there! Lots of people do choose to bring bikes. I personally don’t use one. If you’re in Bean you’ll be fairly close to classes. It also rains a LOT so it’s up to you if you want to bike in the rain. A lot of bikes also get stolen, but there is a bike rental system on campus called Peace Health bikes, and you can pick them up and ride them to class for just a couple dollars!
Wow okay wait, 1. I also go to the U of O, I’m a sophomore and I’m currently in GSH! (I just posted a dorm tour today actually so you know, check it out ;)) 2. Ok but KI IS SO NICE WHAT it’s so close and yet I’ve never actually ventured in there wow 3. The Avengers Endgame countdown is A MOOD as I’m a huge Marvel fan myself!!! So interesting to see!
