This happens a lot with these. If the battery sit for an extended period of time with no power to the tcm and ecu, the vehicle needs to be reflashed. First clue would be to scan the car and if it says no communication ecu to tcm that’s the problem. The place I worked at had one sitting in the side lot for over a year. 3 guys tried getting it started. Nothing. I scanned it told the owner it needs to be flashed. Found a guy with the program. Car started in like 15/20 mins.

Make sure you know how to set your jumpstarter to "+" mode. Its not on that mode unless you set it on. When a battery is super dead, hooking it up like normal will not start it up, even with the 20 pound jumpstarters
