Did anybody notice that our second Jen have some dude Hitler sign 0:05 I love striper, but you could see Austin stay like you gotta be fucking kidding me. Straight up disrespect, and all that attended
His opening monologue message is clear, "I don't belong here." I'm actually a rockstar and you salt of the earth..."people" are fortunate to see us because we've lived lives you commoners have only dreamed about." Hey guys, looks like reality ruined your precious field trip 30+ years ago. You're fortunate to get paid a little cash now in a club in St Peters mo. You should act like it. Now you can drop your phony BS and start playing. When you're done you can stop by the local McDonalds and grab eight McDoubles on your way to Illinois. BTW, Your drummer knew it was phony and didn't want his face attached to it. Good day Sirs.
I was at this show. I was probably the one screaming the loudest through the set, every word to every song. Hope I helped Jesse feel like a real rock star while on stage that night haha. I think crowd consisted of maybe 100 people. Was a small gig, but lots of fun.
they sound as great as ever!...it blows my mind that Robert is 60,he still plays like he's 20!and it's awesome to see Oz doing so well and still shredding,PRAISE GOD!!
My band opened for these guys quite a few times, unfortunate Michael Sweet's voice isn't what it used to be, it's easy to tell when the back up vocals sound better than the lead singer.
I don't know that the falsetta backup vocals were better than his voice, but I see your point. He must have had a cold or a horse throat. That was virtually dreadful especially given it's an octave low. But WOW, this band still sounds better live than nearly any rock concert I've ever been to. I was in the 80s scene pretty heavy myself. What band did you play for if you don't mind me asking?
All these rock singers from the 80’s are losing their voices! Jon Bon Jovi…. Vince Neil…. the list goes on! After living decades of drugs and liquor. NOT MICHAEL! He’s just as sharp as he was in the 80’s!
Stryper you know it’s so weird I was 12 years old in 1988 and I didn’t know one single person that Owned a stryper cd cassette tape or anything other than one human being some fat boy neighbor of mine Jeff Knipp owned Stypers to Hell with the Devil cassette and that was it I never knew one person who is into this band not even remotely. And big fat Jeff wasn’t even into it who is end of this band truly like who the fuck really loved these guys in 1988 87 89??? I didn’t know a single person.
