Hello, Can you show me how to adjust the step for CO2 laser engraving machine using TB6600 driver and DLC32 circuit board. I searched for information online but could not find specific instructions on this issue.
Watch video, dependents witch laser software you use ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3oSrnxJrz48.htmlsi=G19qRNfuPdiNp-E_ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PipeAxhWbzE.htmlsi=qn10VQNel3z2tMFo
Hi sir GT2 30 teeth 9mm belt is not available in India. AliExpress is banned here. But 20 teeth 9mm belt pulley and loose pulley are available. Can I use this 20 teeth instead of 30 tooth pulley. Please help me Thank you
Just one last question Phillipe, is it possible for the two stepper motors on the Y axis to be wired into the same driver or is it better if they have separate drivers for accuracy?
Thanks for the quick reply, yes I got the build plans and parts list from furtherfabrication, but his video is no longer available! so I can't follow it. That's what was confusing me. lol. Tell me are the items in the parts from FF list the same items you used in your build, motors, hardware etc, etc? I have all the 3d printed parts from Google Drive. I want to make the bed bigger by 100mm in width and length, but I'm having great difficulty finding a gt2 timing belt to fit the bed 2500mm, I'm in the Philippines and it is very hard to locate certain things here, and the shipping/delivery charges are killing the build. One last question, did you make a video of the wiring of the electrical components, I'm a British Civil Engineer and electronics is not my forte. Your build is easy to follow and very clear, so no issues there. Thanks again for your help. Dave S Reply
Hello, I paid and downloaded your parts list and build plans. The sizes in the parts list of the aluminum extrusion needed for the inner frame do not match the sizes of the aluminum extrusion in this video, Please help. For example at the start of this video (0.26 seconds) the on-screen list shows: 2 x 2020 length of 700mm and 2 x 2020 length of 650mm, in your xlms parts list file, the sizes are different! am I missing something? which list should I follow to get a 400x600 working bed?
Hello sir, did you happen to buy the frame and building plans from furtherfabrication? If yes, then you should follow his videos as well. On my video you can see all the sizes I use and the 3D prints are also made by me, for my model. link to my 3 parts: drive.google.com/file/d/1-aM0NhMfkDFz0nBsl0M0ORXafE1nr4xH/view?usp=sharing If you follow my video you will see all the exact sizes in the video that I use for each part. So the best thing you do then is watch the video and write down everything I use first and make or order these pieces to that size

Hi Sir It is a beautiful video very helpful for me to learn diy laser machine projects Thank you for sharing all the necessary 3d printing files to build this machine. I downloaded it and printed it. After seeing your video I purchased almost all the spares purchased and kept ready for building it. Thank you very much for a very detailed making video. God bless you! With lots of love!! Raghuraman India.
Looks really good. One question I have. the compression spring for the bed tensioner. What are the dimensions for it? I must have missed that. Looking forward to watching your other videos.
Sir I just want to say first off your English is awesome so don't ever apologize for that, second, thank you for being so informative on your build process, some others I've seen tend to glaze over certain components, yours was very well presented and I really like the design of your 3d components. Keep up the great work!
hello sir , thank you for posting this video i found it quite useful , my question however is if i were to increase the size of this machine , what would be drawbacks, and for example let's say i want the machine work area to be 900x600 is it as simple as increasing the linear rails and profiles by 300 and 200 in x,y directions respectively ?
Hello Sir, I am in the process of building a CO2 laser cutter following your video guide. However, I am facing a bit of confusion regarding the 3D models. When I open them in the software, I don't see any dimensions. Do I need to recreate the dimensions myself, or can I directly use your 3D models for printing since all the components are the same?
Great video but that finger clicking music makes it unwatcheable, sorry. Too annoying and distracting. So may videos ruined through this and that pulsing style of music.
Hi, this is very interesting thank you. I am drawing a design in Fusion 360 following the video and using the dimensions of your 3D parts. I have a problem with the Z-Axis tensioners, the tensioner pulleys appear to be about 10mm lower than the leadscrew pulleys. The leadscrew pulleys are already sitting on top of the pillow block pulley bearings so there is no downward adjustment possible. In the video everything appears to align correctly. Any ideas appreciated. Thank you.
see this link: i hope it helps: drive.google.com/file/d/1g1GFzJ4p8XRVSyqO0xauOOOujc2NQPfd/view?usp=sharing everything depends on the type of pulley you use, for example you can use a 6mm belt or a 9mm. I had no problem with installation, I just don't remember whether I used a 6 or 9 belt

HI Philippe, excellent work, I congratulate you, one question, do you have the estimate of the cost of the aluminum structure including motors and belts, without the components for the controller, mirrors and other laser components, I want to have an estimate to see if a similar project was carried out, thank you I congratulate you for your effort and dedication.
alu profiles: 121 € with shipment stepper motors an driver: 143 € with shipment belts: 6m x 9mm gt2: 16 € pulley: 46 € 3 lose and 8 x 32 teeth linear rail mgn 15: 3 pieces 90 € total between 450 € and 500 € depending on where you live and where you order. However, you have to search on different sites to find out what the best price is on the day of your orders. especially now with Black Friday, you can get good prices on aliexpres with a big discount
Hello "I've purchased the machine plan, but I want to make the machine larger with a cutting area of 1100x1100. Do you think there would be any issues?"
No probleme to make it bigger, you have only to change all the profile lenght. Example if you want the X aces 1100 than you have to make them 500mm longer and the Y 700mm longer.
Hello again Mr. Philippe. I hope you are still fine. GT2 6mm belt length 2220mm closed. It's mean - is its closed length or open length 2220mm? If it's the closed size, I couldn't find it. Can you help me find it? Thank you.
Hello Mr. Philippe i hope you are fine. would it be a problem if i use all 6mm of belts and pulleys? - because I couldn't find all the products like in the video. Thank you
@@PhilippeRommens I'm not sure, but I know that focus adjustment is possible in a laser head with a diameter of 12 mm. Which one would you recommend for me?
unfortunately I can't give you any suggestion as I only use cloudray E series laser head. with 20 focus lens. and I have no experience with 12 focus lens
Hello Mr. Philippe first thanks for this video. I want to ask y axis motors(17HS1-2004S1). I could not find this motor. if I use the same one as the x motors, is it problem? Or which motor would you recommend? Thank you.
