I am tosai master.but this cone tosai is the most hated tosai to make since it is easily fell of from plate.but the customer love to request to place the tosai vertically without considering the probability it fell of the plate while walking to customer is very high.😅😅😅
Why are there so many workers in tarmac gangs. Surely everything you see in this video including machines , 3 or 4 lads could do this? It just seems silly having so many doing next to nothing.
