My channel will showcase ways to maintain healthy, natural hair and all the products I use in order to retain my length. I need this! I am 37 and have PCOS. I haven’t started the journey yet but I will start with the vitamins. I work out everyday day and have a healthy diet and don’t smoke. So now I can start this new chapter. Thank you! I’ll come back when I get the green light 🚦 ❤
I took the supplements, i typically have a predictable period same length of time same 26 day every month , but taking these supplements has me 3 days late with no baby 😢😢😢...now im scared!
Fertility drugs like Femara/Letrozole didn't help me get pregnant at 43. I used them for a whole year with no success. What helped immediately was going on a keto diet (cutting out carbs and sugar), this of course led to weightloss thus increased mychances of conceiving. And I used the following supplements: Myo-Inositol, CoQ10, Biotin, Folate, Carnitine, B12 complex, Selenum and a general multivitamin.The first 5 supplements I used twice a day (even though the daily dose said once a day). I don't know which of these did the trick, but within the first month I got pregnant.
You are such a relief to me, actually, I have 3 well-grown boys, 20, 15, and 11 years and am 42 years, me and my spouse are planning to have other children. We tried fertility treatment at one clinic in Uganda and conceived, but later I lost the pregnancy at 5 weeks. This was last year August 10th, 2023. So 2024 is our year of continuing to try and I will shop for these supplements. Currently am taking folic acid in preparation, other supplements I will get it as well. Thank you so much.
