I'm confused, the chords seems to be in an E Standard like the first one is a appears to be an inverted C power Chord? But C on the 15th fret of D standard tuned wouldn't that make it an A Sharp 5 Power Chord ?
Take your favourite distortion tone and slap an octave pedal on it. My main tone is the distortion from 'I Am Possessed' by Carpathian Forest. That's a nice, overdriven Marshall stack so it's halfway there already. I just took that and added an octave filter to the end of the loop, blended it down a touch and used the tone knob on my guitar to control the high end.

So basically, what you're seeing in my youtube videos is all done in editing. I've tried to do this in OBS for streaming but as far as I'm aware it can't be done. At least not how it appears here.
