Hi, My name is Dirk van der Velde and first and foremost, thank you for being here.
I am an enthusiastic, freedom loving, husband, father and entrepreneur who in the last three years has built a Construction, Development and Real Estate Investment company that now does 7 figures + in business annually. At the core of my vision for Momentasize Companies, is the desire to grow our own empire through helping and partnering with as many future empire builders as possible. I truly believe that when you use your own candle to light someone else’s, the world becomes a brighter place.
I specialize in ground-up real estate investing. Here on RU-vid, I will be sharing not only the step by step mechanics of how to invest in real estate through ground up construction, but also the mindset, core beliefs and practices necessary to build your own real estate investment portfolio.
Now, lets go build some real estate empires together, Dirk
My Father in law taught me these principals to live by and if follow them in this order, I can’t go wrong. Spiritual fulfillment (relationship w/God) Emotional/Mental stability Physical fitness Financial stability Ofcourse you can have a podcast long section on each but this is the basis. God bless you and your work out there brother. YOURE A BEAST🦍
We worked with the city to find the best solution and were finally able to cut the pipe to grade, fill the remainder of the pipe and inner reservoir with concrete, and get back to building!
And it's all going to fall apart in the week cuz you used the lowest bidder for everything in the lowest quality for everything. I hate you house flippers. I'm glad that so many of you got stuck with homes and now you've got to be landlords.
Hey Dirk. My name is Paul and I have been watching your content for a while now and you have definitely become a sense of inspiration in my life and in my career. I am hoping to get a chance to bounce some ideas off of you as I am in a position where my road splits and it’s time for massive action. I live in Colorado and am about to graduate college with a construction management degree and ready to pursue the ground up game. being so young I get a lot of people telling me to wait and I would love to get your take on the situation.
Paul. Thanks for the kind words and congratulations on the exciting road ahead. Everyone’s situation is different so you need to use your emotional intelligence to decide for yourself.. for me, job ‘security’ - in my opinion its not secure when someone else decides your destiny vs working everyday to bring my dreams to life.. well that’s an easy decision. Stay patient and persistent. You got this my friend.
Who are the ones that benefit from you having a career and a house. How is that even attainable before having a wife. Could these expectations set people on a path of destruction.
Very inspiring! This is a great story. Thank you for sharing! If Jake wants to start bringing me free Lattes I will share my wisdom with him. Also I cannot afford my own Lattes so maybe I should just listen to him…
This is exactly what I do for a living and I wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for my subs and vendors. Great video and very true. As a project manager I don’t build buildings anymore I build teams.
Love the content, very informative! Would you recommend any job i should look into applying for to educate myself on the full picture of development? Example: maybe working alongside an engineer?
