I have the jumbo binder the only gripe I have is the magnetic closure on the binder it doesn't hold strong enough, also the jumbo binder appears to only hold six pages which is ok as my 7th page just goes into my project bag, I found that the workaround for the binder closure was I glued velcro over the magnet now it closes tight and stays closed, perhaps it would be better if the binders were sold with velcro closure instead of the magnet which is too weak to hold. Other than that the whole binder system is really lovely ,the leather is gorgeous and holds a lot of needles notions and anything else you want to throw in it.
I have the jumbo binder fabulous leather only downside I found is when it has six pages in the magnetic closure on the binder cant hold shut it certainly would not take 7 pages as stated the workaround that I have done is I glued velcro strips on the closure over the magnet, now it really holds tight ,perhaps it would be more advantageous if velcro was used on the binders instead of the weak magnet.
This was great to watch, thank you! Is this wool or an animal fiber that will felt? I was always told that yarns like an acrylic or cotton could not be steeked because they ravel.
I was looking at the Clover Hooks page, and I think my set of hooks might be different from yours! I have a tenth hook (size F, pink-colored) that I don't see in your picture! Is there a different option I can use so all my hooks can fit in one page? Thanks!
Oh my goodness, you're totally right! The pink hook got mixed in with the Boye ergo master set so I missed the mistake when testing the slots! We will put that fix out asap! Thank you for the catch!! 😅
@@warriorthu So it looks like there are two versions of this set! We bought the 9-pc set (www.amazon.ca/Amour-Crochet-Hook-Set-3/dp/B00GURQRAO) and thanks to you, learned that there is a 10-pc also. As if the world of crochet hooks sizing and sets wasn't chaotic enough!
A maker and a crafter. I do many things in the fiber arts, knitting, weaving, spinning and crocheting. I would love to see a page for the binder specifically for crochet hooks.
I'm in the UK and was hoping to get a jumbo whisky binder with a page for knit pro Nova metals 15cm but I can't seem to find any availability in the UK 😢

My husband gave me this as an early Christmas present (fyi, Thread & Maple mention on their website that there could be stock issues since these are made in Ukraine, so get them while you can). INSTANT LOVE!! Oh my, the workmanship is *stunning* and absolutely gorgeous. The feel of the leather is just out of this world, and the smell is heavenly. I got the Chocolate color binder with a page for my Chiaogoos in Whiskey for contrast. The colors are lustrous and rich, and I can imagine the patina as it ages will be beautiful. Right now, as a new knitter, the binder and one page is enough, but I will likely soon need another page for my cables. Luckily my birthday is not long after Christmas... 😊 This binder and customizable pages are pricey, but compared to the prices of Little King Goods, they're a steal. The workmanship is excellent and I'm so glad we made the investment. Love, love, love!
