My name is Ayo' Emmanuel-Ojo , A Nigerian broadcaster and Voice Over artist. I will be making most of my videos from Ibadan, Nigeria where I live. I'm a young dad willing to share and learn from other Dad's around the world. #realestate #fatherhood #family #lifestyle #nigeria
This beautiful but why you are not mentioning femi Johnson glass house like radio nigeria and bcos, oluyole estate and extetion and so. I loves your work am from ibadan akobo precisely ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I grew up in Bodija estate and I remember when my dad acquired some plots of land in kolapo ishola when it was abandoned, now the value of the land is like 20-30x what we got it for and we’re still holding. The next place I’m looking at now is Moniya where the train station is, I believe it’s called moniya, currently land there is as cheap as 3-5 million a plot depending on the location, in a few years that place will become very expensive too!
You could have enriched your video more by actually focusing more on the buildings & layouts(aerial views) of the estates you mentioned. There are many beautiful structures in all these estates but na mouth dey use talk am. How can you be talking about Akobo estate whilst heading towards Bashorun?!
Apart from Jericho and Aerodrome, Ibadan does not really do colomentality naming of estates like Lagos is full of. It is only in Lagos you will see "Atlantic Ocean estate" and the estate is 9 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Or where you will see "Lekki Gardens Estate" and not a single garden or even blade of grass or spring flower in the vicinity. All you will see is concrete jungle.
Thanks for this "rant" sir...Very honest look about the nation...I million times agree about the bad roads in Ibadan..It's horrible because I live close to iwo road..hmmm..hoping and praying things get better for us as a nation..more grace sir..
Thank God I'm not alone. Sometimes I feel like I complain too much about the bad road. It is well my brother. Thanks for watching. I hope you Subscribed.
Thank you for watching. I hope you Subscribed 😉. I believe there should be a tab on your RU-vid app to download offline. This will make it available for you to watch at your own time.
All am seeing here are dirty estates because they lack basic infrastructures like good roads and lightings. Nigeria is a country that lacks maintenance even banana island in Lagos have been left with all the drainage system now open and the paved roads are not maintained. No matter how the country is fixed it can never get close to UAE.
First of all why on earth will I spend such money to purchase a land in an estate with such bad infrastructure. No good roads, streets lights and so on. Sometimes lands in some places in nigeria are just overpriced. How much is salaries of most Nigerians to afford unless you’re a celebrity, businessman others are either political criminals, money rituals and armed robbers To afford such.
Land banking is good for people who have patience to wait for the price to appreciate before selling. Land banking is a good investment and it allow you to own a piece of cake of the earth.
