Great video! The only problem I have with this is that there aren't clear instructions in between the round where you need to make 24 stitches, I'm constantly having to check the video to see whatever mistakes i am making despite consistently following your instructions, may i ask that the next time you upload a tutorial that there's a stitch count?
if i wanted this hat to be longer and slouchy, i would need to do more than 40 chains in the beginning, correct? Also, it would still need to be 40 rows to fit around my head? Hoping for a response 😭
Thank you for this absolutely wonderful video. The only change I did is I did all from Post because I don’t like the looks of front and back post. The hat came out absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much again. I will be following you.
so I’ve made 3 different hats with this pattern, how come every time i get to the row with 3 half double crochets then one increase, back to 3 HDC, I end up with 48 instead of 50? I never end on an increase? Then I have to add the increase in another stitch. I don’t have any issue on any other row.
I love that you jump right into what is needed. I love the colour of yarn choice. I like hearing the soumd of the yarn as the crochet hook weaves its way through the pattern. The patyern is nice and I have learned enough stitches to complete the project. I must not leave out the warm and friendly visitor who was in the video for their cameo appearance. Blessings upon you and your loved ones. Thank you for sharing
Mine goes wonky like it's not a circle it has a like when it's not right I don't know how to explain but when I crochet it together it's fine then after the second row it goes wrong
finnaly i successfully made it following your tutorial. but it turn out to big for my cat. what should i do to make it smaller? should i decrease the loop?
Cute! This inspires me to make my own 😊 for my future reference: > 10:13 front panel - 23 rows total. 9 rows of dc (15 st per row including turning ch3 as the first dc). Then inc are all on the same side, and only happen every other row (she skips saying the first time the row count stays stable) >17:05 assembly/sewing front panels onto back panel (leave ~6.5 in or 9-11 rows open for arm holes)
