My wife and I were there for all of the air raids and it wasn’t that scary. The news outlets made it appear far worse than it was. The only down side was the lack of sleep. The major benefit was the Locals deserted the city and basically left it to us Ex-pats and the British and American military.
I never existed that time but my family were, they saw everything, at the moment they heard the missile incoming there were in a complete fear, my family were so scared that traveled from baquyq to Jeddah 12 hours straight, they heard one of the missile will hit there city, till this day, my family will never forget this horrifying moment they heard and saw
@@Niercle You have no idea what you're talking about, STFU. Look at VWestlife's camcorder rips, alongside many other 720p60 or 1080p60 analog video rips on RU-vid (before AI upscaling and frame doubling was a widely used thing) or just look at VHS/Video8/Hi8 video on real hardware yourself.
The fact the sirens made the attack scarier... btw, sorry for who lived this caos or lost his parents during this time, may Allah protect the middle east! (I belong to christ if you want to know).
Actually this is very creepy, not born that day but watched it many time cuz gives my creeps, also I feel bad for the Arabian people died during the attack. Love from Australia 🇦🇺 Also guys I’m really getting obsessed of watching this being sad 😔
I was q1 years old living in Dammam wiylth NY family. I remember when the sirens came on, we had to scramble to put our gas masks on. It was weird times. We left in 92 to the US, and I'm still here in Florida.
As I was 13 years old in Riyadh, when this happened, this was actually pretty severely like scary and add to the block. My doors with furniture we had in our house had to find batteries for the radio on the TV and they told us all the instructions. Next thing I know boom boom kaboom. Those are the sounds of missiles hitting the ground of concrete. Then we went to our attic or a bunker and we were safe.
I don’t really their civil defense announcement in Arabic because I don’t really know how to speak Arabic I kind of don’t like the siren because it’s so creepy
