I had a water control valve go bad. I installed a new water control valve and I still get the E1 Error code within a few minutes. Screens are clean and water flows well. What else could cause the code?

Not a real fix but, if it fills, washes, drains then spins but won't fill to rinse, use the wash cycle as your rinse cycle. After the wash turn it off and start another wash cycle, without detergent that is a rinse. As long as it drains and spins it can work. Good luck
