@@joantraywick5599 great question! Bella Vista does have a small hospital and its just 15 minutes from Bentonville/Rogers where there are larger hospitals and medical specialists
Sorry but I lived in the NWA for 13 years and the things u mentioned that were negative were only from a certain demographic. Being Hispanic and being married to a white Arkansas native got me many nasty looks and little comments from the narrow minded, red hat wearing type. We moved away in 2017 and realized how different it really is lving there. Never going back. Good riddance.
Not much in Bentonville, but there are new construction options with larger lots within 20 minutes to Bentonville. There’s not much land left to develop in Bentonville, except out by the airport.
@naturallynwahometeam there's extensive damage to rogers (mostly), Bentonville, gravette, and surrounding areas. Unconfirmed thus far 5 tornados in total I think from knwa. Everywhere South of lowell was untouched. Rogers took by far the heaviest hit. Countless businesses and homes are gone. It's going to take a while just to clear it. Probably months if not a year. Lots of open gas lines and water lines. Downtown rogers electric grid is in shambles.
I lived in Rogers some years back they were building s-- eveywhere dam developers destroy everything just like in my area now s-- building everywhere i left Rogers years back
Your section on mountain biking at the 2:00 min. mark that mountain bike park is actually in downtown Rogers, AR it is located just east of Arkansas St. in Rogers.
Sad. Northwest Arkansas lost is culture and sold its soul to Walmart. The lakeshore is trashed. The rivers are trashed. The roadways are trashed. The charm it once held is quickly disappearing. Pretentious people ruined the places they lived...they relocate to NWA and ruin it, too! BLIGHT!
WM is a big reason why there is culture in NWA…not sure what lakeshore and rivers you’re referring to, but I spend a lot of time outdoors and I never see anything that remotely resembles “trashed” in NWA.
Nice. Much better. Did you up the bitrate? Also, just something to consider... you might want to try setting the white balance manually indoors, so it does not change so much in those rooms with mixed and changing lighting.
I had to re-edit the whole thing, the program created the glitching when it was finalizing the video. I appreciate your suggestion about the lighting, I’m not sure how to do that on my iPhone so I’ll see if I can figure that out
@@naturallynwahometeam This is just the first video that came up in my search. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bvqSNU0BhGo.html. Just find a place where you can go to different rooms with changing lighting, sun, yellow lights, dark and bright. Then see how things look with the white balance locked and not locked.
Traffic here is nuts. Population signs say 27k. But in reality is closer to 50 or 60k. To say its quite only means in any particular neighborhood. But going on 71. Is comparable to dallas traffic.
Yeah I also feel like 27K is too low. Your last comment got me laughing though…of course the noise from a highway is going to be louder than a neighborhood street in pretty much any city 😂 I appreciate you watching!
Adding to the comments in this video, Bentonville also has a "First Friday" event each month, starting in April and running through October, on the first Friday of the month. I think Fayetteville has a "First Thursday" that is similar. At the time I am writing this, the remaining event for 2023 is October 6th and is "Octoberfest", sponsored by Werthers Originals. I have friends that come up from Little Rock for the lighting of the square and they also take in the Northern Lights at Crystal Bridges while they are here. This year it will be November 18th. You can walk or ride your bicycle from downtown to Crystal Bridges on the lighted & paved trails, or park at Crystal Bridges.
Jesse is one of the most accomplished guides on the White. He's well known for somewhat pioneering the art of night fishing the white river and this is a trip you should book with Jesse any chance you have. His River Dawg, Drake, is fun to watch!
Why are the lots so cheap? What is a Trail Lot….just access to trails and no buildability? Is the POA $$$ or forced to buy golf memberships etc. what’s the catch?
A lot of the lots are not buildable and are considered membership lots. When you own a lot, you are a POA member, and you get access to the lakes and community centers and a big discount on green fees. The monthly POA fee for an undeveloped lot is $15. The buildable lots are a little bit more expensive, but a lot of them will only allow for a 2 bedroom house due to the size and septic requirements.
