How can 1 fish cost €5000 in the UK? How much is a cow? You can easily find information online so please try not to peddle false information. Fishes are sold in kg and the highest a kilo will cost is €35. That fish looks like it weighs 20kg+ so, it’s about €700. Overseas, you mustn’t buy the whole fish, you can just buy a kilo. Minimum wage and currency power in Nigeria and the UK are not comparable. The average man in Nigeria will use his 2 months salary to buy that fish while the average man in the UK can buy it with his weekly salary.
If you want to keep something safe, give it to a thief 😂, but you are not calling government thief o, chi this one get me well, I salute you bro, I can’t stop laughing.
But that's where the main issue comes in most of the time. You know, if it was someone outside his family lineage, it'd have been so easy to hand the person over to the EFCC. But being his sister, he might let emotions step and then forget about the whole thing.
Who is investing in Agro equipments, Tach and commercial farming in Naija? My question is if our current Govt refuses to invest on farming to Stop hunger, Why are our Big Churches, Banks, Individual Billionaires not bringing those Thailand Agro Tech and Know how to Nigeria. In Nigeria today many children go to school without breakfast and many graduates have no Job, But the Churches are preaching Miracle Jobs, Govt is there deceiving the masses with Fake Promises
They should make the permit application process available online, with a promise of a response within 48 hours. Why should I have to leave my office to sit in LASPPA's office, knowing full well what the secretariat's operational capacity is? This is just another way for LASPPA officials to exploit citizens of the state.
If only your Govt and blind politicians can see these things. I don't know who preach focus on Oil to Nigeria politicians and the country is decaying the more
@@LandPropertyNG I am convinced that many Nigerians wants to go all into Agriculture and other minerals Mining. But they lack Know how, Financial grants from Govt and Rich Orgs, Good road networks as well the links to markets to sell their products at good rate.
@@LandPropertyNG There this guy product in Plateau state name Bennie Agro machines. If govt and Rich Orgs like churches can invest in his company to locally produce Farm machines for Nigeria farmers. I think issues of too much labor for farm work that discourage the youths will be solved
Wasteful project. Nigerians are hungry and dying but the wicked tribal bigots choose elephant useless coastal road projects. Nigeria will someday be free from these demons
This project is wasteful regardless of your logic. And no value isn't getting created off this. Instead, funds are being wasted in a nation without the most important infrastructure which is electricity
@@LandPropertyNG As an economist, I'm telling you it's not. There is no advantage to a coastal road in a country that not only has bad federal roads across the board but is also very hostile towards business. What do you think roads are for ?They are for the transport of goods and services. Knowing Nigeria's track record when it comes to projects like this, when will it have an impact?, 30 years ?, 50 ?. This project is never going to be completed cus not only can we not afford but it was carried out without an assessment, leading me to believe the government was never serious about the road. Most importantly, there's nothing more important than electricity. Electricity will make us a trillion dollar economy not a fraudulent coastal road. With how hostile our country is towards business, the road even if completed will be under utilised and will not give the value you think it will.
So what is the purpose of this video, people are complaining about the road project because it's not a priority right now, it's of very little value to the country right now, they're more important roads in the country that needs urgent attention, this project is a misplaced priority.
@@LandPropertyNG which talk? Something that will never be completed. Are you as a reporter supposed to reply to my comment or others? I don't know why people like you destroy this country by not being honest when you report things to the public for their opinion.. I was not born yesterday from my sixty years experience I've never seen a corrupt crop like this present one. I hope you remember to tell me when they'll abandon this coastal road project. We don't have road from Calabar to Uyo that is less than hundred kilometres for well over fifteen years now. They're constructing a seven- hundred kilometre road to Lagos when a shorter road to Uyo is dilapidated?
@@austynworldinc3455 u are an idiot the fact my senior brother has 4 house and 1 hotel in lagos poor man like you day tell big guy like me way day Europe shitt
Do you want him to do cartwheels and backflips before you can hear the information he is trying to get across? The man is speaking in a normal tone of voice and not slow at all
Till now no infrastructure yet they are charging Estate imporvemt fee of 10m. What have they improved when they have not even developed!. They sell all inclusive then hide imporvemt fee in the deed of assignment and you pay years later. Buyer beware.
Thanks for your feedback... I don't think you are making reference to Amen estate. Amen estate don't charge 10m for any hidden fee. They don't charge for deed after all inclusive...I will recommend you talk to me on 2348164741041 let's see how to understand you better
@@LandPropertyNG sir I am sorry to surprise you! I am an owner of phase 2. At the point of buying, the md herself told me it was all inclusive and the price included all infrastructure. I paid almost 21m for. 730sqm land back in 2018. Now they are asking me to pay 12.5m as estate improvement fees! It was not in their subscription or in their offer lettter. Guess where they hid it, in their Deed of assignment! Is that not dubious!? The same thing willl happen in phase 3. Don’t worry
If it was worth 200 billion how many years would it take for the company to make a return on investment? You guys just throw figures out because you don’t know the value of money
Lool, what was demolished in Landmark? Eke you are still propagating lies. The resort was a collection of about 12 containers only a single unit was removed. And again Landmark didn't pay for the beachfront, they only paid for the land on Water Corporation road. You people and lies.
Example is AA Emmaco Ltd. i buy land with them last year they said the estate is Washington estate in asaba, now we no longer hear from them .i heard they are opening a new estate called California estate without completing Washington estate
