If child diagnosed with autism There is not much role for atomoxetine or methylphenidate Risperidone can decrease the hyperactivity So my suggestion will be to go with risperidone and occupation therapy & speech therapy

They gave a tablet Fluoxitine 20 mg for 4.8 years old girl...i want to know whether ds tablet is good for a hyperactive child or not? If anyone knows anything about da tablet plz comment me......

Mr jaganathan I can understand ur point of view Not all schizophrenics are same Few may respond in 6months-1 year of treatment Few may need more than 2 years of treatment And even few may require more than 5 years Few may also be treatment resistant.. Lot of factors decide the prognosis of disease..
