¡Wow😮!
And a properly done colonoscopy should take longer than 10 - 15 minutes, guess if rush through to move on to the next you can manage that, so what if it’s not done right and miss something or hurt some one
I’m preparing to remove mine today!! Other than some minor itching, it’s been smooth sailing. This is the first time I’ve had any kind of monitor on me (I mean, besides being hooked up to a 12-lead EKG in the ER) I’ve kinda grown fond of fidgeting with it, I think I’m going to miss my zio patch LMAO
I feel really fortunate that my experience wasn’t bad, just took it off after seven days, my skin is so irritated and red underneath… but overall not as bad as I thought, the whole experience would be
I have a hairy chest and was having so much pain trying to get it off with petroleum jelly. What ended up working for me was pouring isopropyl alcohol on it while peeling it from the top. The alcohol would seep down and I would cut the hairs with tiny sewing scissors as they were being pulled up.
Avoid the itching or at least greatly reduce it! BEFORE the technician applies the Zio Patch to your chest, ask the Technician to apply a “skin barrier,” THEN apply the Zio Patch on top. It has really helped me with no itching for the entire 2 weeks!
Many people have smart scales these days. If you're wearing a Zio device and stand on the scale which sends a small current through your body...how does it not, introduce invalid results?
Yes indeed Dr. Falcone is a WONDERFUL Doctor and at the same time he is a WONDERFUL person. He makes you feel comfortable even with your bery first visit . His nursing staff is Superb. very friendly and makes you feel comfortable also.. I would recommend Dr. Falcone with 5 thumbs up. He's the Best!!! 👍👍👍👍👍❤❤☺️
I’m wondering the same thing! I did not see any orange lights after I took it off! You must have heard back one way or the other by now what did you find out? Was it working?
Dr Charles has a difficult office staff who go back to Dr Charles with every little push back from patients (customers) - instead of finding out the patients perspective and maybe disciplining his staff - he sends out computer signed letters warning that ONE more instance of not massaging the staff and he will drop you as a patient.....as it turns out a favor because he is difficult as well......patients can go anywhere to be mistreated. I had multiple issues that needed specialists and couldnt get referrals - so I went on my own and got reprimanded for "not involving the primary physician staff"......I was miles ahead not waiting for Dr Charles to send me where I needed to go.....he dropped me with a computer letter.....be warned that this guy is the head of this medical group and sees you as a dollar bill.
Be out in the 80+ degree sun for a few hours and it will come off all by itself. Mine did not last even five hours from the time the technician put it on and it fell off. I sent it back and asked for an old style monitor with separate electrodes and wires.
Mine fell off after five hours in the sun sweating. These probably work well on people who stay inside in the AC and do not do much. The older monitor with individual electrodes and wires worked much better for me.
No question about it I am glad to have reached the 2 weeks and I can take the patch off. It has been no big deal to wear it especially knowing this will help my cardiologist better care for me . . and give me the piece of mind that everything checks out ok or steps might need to be taken . . .it is only 2 weeks out of the rest of your life . .
Two things made this patch extremely uncomfortable. 1. The itching drove me crazy 2. Removing it was extremely painful, the alcohol swab was dried out and my hair had growing underneath it. To anyone wearing one stick it out it gets easier each day and you can make it 14 days. Gosh I sure hope they get some good information from this.
Do not listen to all of the wimps and whinners about how uncomfortable the patch is. It is no worse than putting/having on a simple band aid. Bunch of Karen's/drama queens complaining.....
hope this guy is still practicing medicine under the terms of his conviction (under the supervision of another physician) after he "drank a lot of booze" (according to the judge) and killed a young woman with his BMW! Got an extremely cozy deal in the criminal trial by my estimate.
You are a MURDERER ! No remorse for leaving the scene of a crime. Driving drunk and killing an innocent girl. Rot in hell you should never be a free person walking among us.
