I feel like this build has an aesthetically musical design - it might just be how the video is going, but there is definitely rhythm and flow to how you place windows, plants, interiors, etc!
i dunno sims 4 has this very americanised luxuly style to it where everything seems kind of clumsy and not really functional. the form does not follow the fuction. Dont get me wrong, i dont like the princible of form follows fuction populerized by bauhaus but somehow the minimalisim in sims homes always seems off by some degree. like somebody tried to appear to masses but not acually cares for individuality. But maybe thats just my humble opinion as an actual architect. Its like a peverted view of asthetics you would get by a valley basic girl who streams on onlyfans. this is not ctritce though, just an observation...
yo, that single sim apartment (3rd one) is my entire aesthetic! I will absolutely be adding this to my game and living in that one while renting out the rest of the units lol
This indeed really really beautiful. However, when I look into what items this lot uses from StrangerVille pack (on library/gallery) there is no item listed. I'm afraid that this is kind of bug or corrupted, since that also happened on your Modern Luxury Home Newcrest lot but with Outdoor Retreat pack: I can load the lot before having the Outdoor Retreat but now when I bought and own that pack, the lot just breaks my game. Can you please look after this? I don't want to lose this house after I have the StrangerVille :(
Why does my game get stuck on loading screen after placing this lot and go to manage worlds? Please help I really want this house :( Edit: it will be stuck when I place this from the Gallery. But it worked fine when I use tray files, so wierd. I'll gameplay test it very soon.
Hey, I love your videos and your builds. I have decorated my Newcrest with your houses and use the Large Family Home for my Legacy family. I was wondering if you were planning on building a nice modern family home with a greenhouse and other activities for the whole family for a 64x64 plot. Something like that would be perfect for all Legacy players, I know it's a lot of work :( So sorry if the question is too much, but I love your work anyway! Thanks for all your efforts :3
@@emyarzahi, they are most likely items from packs you don’t own. After you download the house from the gallery the game will delete or replace those we don’t have which ruins the build unfortunately 😔 but I’ve never downloaded files before so idk if that’s the case too. But I agree, this house is stunning!!
I am terrible in building, so i am very happy with all the sims builders here on you tube. Just wondering why all the builders dont put a elevator in the appartments? You can use it with sims for rent ;)
