The Brits have a posh accent in case you're not aware --- the Queen's or the KIng's English so they say --- remember 'My Fair Lady' and Eliza Doolittle's cockney accent --- Professor Higgins taught her to change her accent --- I remember some British friends saying that you are judged according to your accent.
Hi Aris, Karla, good stuff! I could definitely relate to the driving culture shock when migrating to another country. We moved from PH to Costa Rica. Costa Ricans are pretty laid-back and friendly people in general, but for sure are a different animal behind the wheel 🤣. Migs shared your channel to me btw. All the best to you and the fam!
@@journeyingjourneys Yeah, the weather is always great in Spain. We are checking to go on vacation this year. And Seville looks also great to check out 😄
Hey fam! What a fun vlog. So cool to see Legoland. We haven’t been to Legoland before, atleast not with a Lego hotel🤩cool to see spider lego in the hotel room😆 how fun to see the spooky halloween 😃 we enjoyed your vlog! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏼
Thanks @familynoodlez, we really appreciate the comments. I think it takes roughly the same amount of time (1hr+) to get to Billund from the Netherlands. If the kids love Lego we’re pretty sure they will enjoy it as well 😁
Hi Roslan, yes it’s good 😊 they had a package for 2 people, choice of main, hash brown and drinks so we went for that. Based on their website there are halal options but I am not sure if it’s branch specific.
Hi Delfin, Nasa Sta Elena Golf & Country club sya na malapit sa exit ng express way. Here is a google map link maps.app.goo.gl/6UqZytcmGCoobeVq8?g_st=ic. Not sure kung along barangay sya kasama. Enjoy!
Saudia was good, they had a generous leg room, at least for our size 😁 we also stayed in the back middle row behind the prayer room and it was quiet enough for the kids to sleep.
@@familynoodlez we are originally from Manila but the kids are already born and raised in the UK, we are based just outside London. If you ever need travel advice in London let us know 😁
Barely opened a bank account, I am thinking to work within the UK(I'm a soft dev manager/tech delivery manager), but I'm living in the Highlands not much IT stuff going on here hehe.
Yeah, that can be a difficult step particularly since some require additional documents. Check out online roles from LinkedIn, indeed, reed and other job sites. Particularly for IT some are open to remote working.
@@journeyingjourneys doing that, but still no luck hehe, i have a visa but not permanent thus sponsorship will be needed in the future, maybe that is something they want.
Completely understand, we went through that too. Feel free to send us a message via Instagram @journeyingjourneys, happy to share with you what we know based on our experience x
I think you can use Wetherspoons as a basis of cheaper eats (5er for an English Breakfast) 😃 expensive is a bit relative, I think £25+ per person maybe, it can go much higher particularly in London 💷
Hey fam! new subscribers here! we also leave in the Netherlands. How cool! never knew this was in Amsterdam! we definitely check it out. Thanks for the video and sharing! much love!
Thanks for subscribing! We actually found it while searching for amusement parks near Haarlem. We really enjoyed the place and we hope your family does too 😃
Cool. We found the area to be really nice and realised that the amount of time it takes to get to Amsterdam is similar to staying in the outer areas so we decided to stay there for the trip.
The last time I was in The Hague was for work. In and out. But what i managed to see in the car to and fro from the station to my meeting place, it was nice and historical :-) Maybe Ida and I should go :-)
You should :) We found traveling around the netherlands to be easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful to us. We will provide a few more places to visit near amsterdam and an itinerary soon :)
Very informative video. I moved in the UK just a year after you guys and will be leaving UK this year to travel with my husband and my 2 toddlers abroad and stay for a little bit longer we are thinking where to stay either PH or TH .
Thanks for the comment, I think either countries you mentioned are good - hope your kids transition well with the weather! They’ll enjoy all-year round summer!
Cool stuff, about to move there next month joining my wife, definitely need to learn right hand driving hehe, love the contactless way though. Curious about cost of living, taxation and work related things.
Thanks for the comment @hoymickey. In terms of taxation if you will be employed the company will take care of filing taxes so no need to worry it starts at 20%. Cost of living the highest bills tend to be accommodations and transportation. We really appreciate your comment and we will make a vlog around these topics since there is more to explain. Hope you subscribe to our channel!
Thanks for taking us to Colico Piano near the Lake Como in Italy, such a wonderful Place and looks the children love it, the Rainbow apartement also great, enjoy your holiday with a great views around, Happy Easter.
