I am Pastor that enjoys smoking new things and love experimenting on my free time. Trying out new recipes and new experiments with my family especially my grandson Titus. I am enjoying my Louisiana SL1200 smoker which I purchased in Spring 2022. I have been smoking meat off and on for many years but took an interest more recently. I have a tall smoker in my yard that my two sons and I built several years ago. I like to create new flavours of sausages, brisket, salsa, chicken wings and so much more. I am making videos for you to watch and see how easy it is to create something so delicious.
@@meatsmokinpastor2262 it's turkish ice cream The one and only magical ice cream in the world Also it was so much fun to meet such a great person like you can't wait to see you in your next visit hope you have a million subscribers when I see you next time 😁
Well look who came into my you tube feed for sausage making. I made 115 lbs of sausage this weekend. Good to see you Pastor Doug. We still need to go for that motorcycle ride one day. Happy New Year and blessings for 2024.
These are Made for our own consumption as a family. The videos are to help others to be inspired to make their own stuff. They are way tastier than boughten & have no unhealthy ingredients like the boughten stuff does. I used to work in a butcher shop & saw all what was put into it for human consumption. Not for me. Thanks for asking the question. Greatly appreciated to know someone watched it. Thank you!
@@meatsmokinpastor2262 glad you liked it. Might I suggest next time you do it rest the pork on onions and bell peppers. It really increases the flavor and cook it in root beer. Just a suggestion pastor but glad you liked it.
We love our cabbage down here in the southern states. Looks like a neat and delicious idea brother. Gonna have to put this on our menu to try. That’s a good lookin apron you got on too there pastor.
Interesting to see you use whole wheat, wondering if is this more cost-savvy? Comparing the amount of wheat you used vs. buying the same amount of flour, what is the difference?
I have no idea. I buy my Einkorn wheat by the 50 pound bag. I know I can buy Einkorn ground flour but it is a whole lot more money. I still have about 30 lbs of wheat left. I haven’t bought any bag for over two years as I quit eating bread all together. Bit I thought I would make some bread for my wife.
I saw your sweat shirt from Wisdom MT. I pastored in Butte, MT for 19 years before retiring to Washington. I have been to Wisdom many times. Bless you.
