Thought they were going to also explain the strap under the seat that attach to the shoulder strap. Mine is to loose and it slides up and down the shoulder strap when my son is in the seat.

Hi, I use it in 2 ways. Before showering i'll spray it on and then wait about 10 minutes. I also will use it before bed and spray directly to the bottom of my feet. Hope that helps!
