A nice tactic that pilots used to lose a planes in their six it's get lost un the sun and makes blind the bandit on their six, so it's hard for them to get a shot on you
Ironically, this doesn't work with experienced pilots (Me included). Let me explain, the barrel rolls don't work as he's saying it. Keep in mind that the gun is in front of the plane, not the sides. So doing barrel roles won't help much. The wide barrel roll can be countered by tracking your movement. Repositioning your self to make them more closer to you is a good tactic since the more closer the more difficult is for them to track you in sharp curves due to the fact that the planes do move really slow. Yet this doesn't apply to the fighter plane with the dogfighter set up. They will aim and shoot with incendiary rounds at your wings so you are unable to move much. They can easily track your movement and take you down with ease. Plus, there's a button for looking back to see where the enemy pilot is. The tactic is good, but it's not 100% accurate.
I think I’m a relatively good pilot, and the best way to deal with seat switchers is rockets, and (if you don’t have rockets) get ahead of their plane, this will force them to renter the pilot seat and all you need is to slow back down again.
i mean if you go in front of them it wont force them to go to the front you are just giving them an advantage since the turret can rotate 360 degrees so it can shoot you if you are in front of them
thanks m8. I am decent at dogfighting but not gud enough. But seriously, the 2nd guy shooting you should've just turn away and come from a different angle lol
I don't understand the hate against seat-switching. As much I'd hate the dildo-killer figters with +30hp instarepair and one-shot airship rockets that reload in seconds and destroy a full hp heavy bomber with just a one burst. Any fighter complaining about seat switching is just whining about how their cheesy little plane is compromised with simple maneuver and without it attack planes would have absolutely zero change against viable fighter players. - Seat switching is the only viable way to defend against fighters as rocket-variant fighter is the cheesiest OP plane of all. By good seat-switch, you can repel even skillful fighters, even kill them pretty fast. - Also seat switching makes the attack plane pilot vulnerable. I've been one-shotted at the moment my seat switch animation starts by getting couple rapid headshots. - Seat switcher and fighter pilot engage into high risk, but high reward situation in the situation; totally balancing the situation. Especially when considering how agile fighters are and what a cheesy firepower and instarepair they have (and especially the dildo-killer variant). And even though attack plane pilot would win the fire exchange, he might still crash due to broken wing and getting disabled. Something you cannot instarepair (unlike dildo-killer fighter, which can repair itself by just waiting or repairing 2,5x faster than any other plane). So complaining about seat switching is ridiculous. I give no mercy for fighters as their planes are probably the most diverse, agile, hardest to kill, smallest targets in air, fastest, and most powerful in firepower against planes in the whole game. And you can even kill infantry with them after practice.
So once you do this switch what do you do after? I assume this is used when both of you are looping, so once you do this a couple times is it more likely for the enemy to be in front of you?
Are you sure it doesnt matter what you play? I just downloaded this on my mobile and I swear I remember that part. And if you dont play it atleast 3 times you miss an elemental materia and something else
I got a guy who shoots me down every single time I've noticed he always comes from beneath me and is always attacking from a low elevation I see him all the time in the server I play and I've only ever shot him down once in fair combat
Bro when I tired it myself I was full on spinning and doing flips the crazy thing is I dropped a 50 kill game and 21 deaths so kinda happy not gonna lie
In the pilot custom button layout you can see that you repair your vehicle by holding up on the D-pad while pressing L1. I was wondering if it was possible to assign your own combination of inputs to an action? Since a controller doesn’t have so many buttons, it would be nice if you could do this.
Htf is your plane moving so fast i even use the engine afterburner and somehow people get on my back then they stay on it no matter what i do I've tried every single evasive move possible i even went as far as to research real ones i learned every evasive maneuver in the book and nothing works
Yea dude I just picked this up again after not playing it for awhile and so happy that online is still good. I pumped a lot of hours into this game and so happy to play this bad boy again! My PSN ID is JohnnyGamer
