@SinthiaE I got it from $ tree! They have white wrapping paper I used; as well as banner paper in the craft section. You can also find white wrapping paper at Walmart as well..I've used that too.
Hey! I used Canva app to make these templates of each letter. The font I used was "Coffee Please" just type it in the font styles and it should pop up! Hope this helps!
At the end of the show? I don't think I heard one at the end of the 1st episode. The second episode they are chopping a body to Got to be real by Cheryl Lynn!
@truth04jr I tried to look up the song and could not find it either it linked me to a song called protest song by Seagreen Marine but it doesn't match from the show, very strange.
Hi I am currently watching your video and I heard you said something about build up and Lent so I wanted to leave a comment to let you know about the Damien Walters lock wash I use it in my hair I've been locked with traditional locks for 2 years now and I haven't had none of these issues you should also invest and Design Essentials oat protein and henna is a really good shampoo for removal of anything in your locks it is also something that I've been using since I've been locked
Hey! I wiped the Pink Stuff on the walls and then I wiped it off with a soapy cloth or rag and it came right off! I hope it helps for you! The walls had been scribbled on for a while too and the pink stuff took it right off during 1st application!
It's been almost 2 weeks since I started my microlocs and I'm literally thinking of how to wash my hair. I work out pretty much every day so wash day is coming soon, but I'm scared to wash them because I don't wanna mess anything up lol. Mine are about 4 inches too, so I'm like how am I gonna braid them when they're so short 😅
Hey girl! You can two strand twist them down and rubber band them down. I do that method I think it's faster for me. But after a while I just wash my hair as is. No twist or braids before hand and the results are still good. Not much bunching if you were concerned for that. You may be just fine if you just wash it hun don't over think it if you wanna wash your hair wash it! 😉
How wide was your paper? Have any suggestions when using black butcher paper, (this is in abundance)? We are Eagles. I had been trying to get my daughter's cheer squad to do this since last year, (old 62yo mom of a 15yo here), but was scoffed at because that was from the "old days". "They" don't do stuff like that anymore. Last week our school's game was 45 miles away and the girls were able to cheer at the away game. Guess what they saw.... 😁 They suddenly have decided they should make a "run through banner" 🤦🏼♀️. Sadly, the cheer coaches didn't want to have anything to do with it, so a few of the girls have taken it upon themselves to make them during lunch, but I foot the bill for all the tempra paint, brushes, markers etc. for her to take to school. They were able to use the butcher paper from the school. They thought it would be best 3 rows of it wide. 🤣 (No wonder they went through so much paint) I guess the football team and coach had had to be asked if it was okay with them as well. The thought of having to talk to "them" really worried my daughter. Then she saw just how excited it made them. I guess it was like watching a bunch of 17yo boys act like 5y olds. Now this is the greatest thing ever. 🤣 Football starts playoffs tonight. So it looks like we should have a couple more games. What paint do you use? It looked great and didn't crack when rolled.
Yes, the bulldog image is my sons team image. I made the 'bulldog' Letters on Canva. It's an app you can use for a bunch of different things. Editing pictures making and designing flyers things like that. Many different tools and fonts you could ever want. Download it it's free. Then once I put a letter on each slide (picture) made I downloaded each letter as a picture and it saves to your gallery on your device. Then go to your device you saved those letters on and search for 'smart view' this will mirror what you are seeing on your device at that time to your TV. It should prompt you with your television if you have a smart TV and its on Wifi. You can access smart view thru gallery as well. Zoom in on your downloaded picture to blow up the image and make it bigger. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching !
@@Shanaecarter Thank you so much for all of the very helpful information. I'm going to give your technique a try. It was exactly what I was looking for, so thanks again.
Thanks hun! My reties at 3 month took about 3 hrs. For every retie really. I have a 3 month update video on my page I would love for you to take a look if you are considering locing your hair!
Hey! I grabbed about 2-3 rolls of white banner paper and/or white gift wrapping paper! I found these rolls at the dollar tree. The gift wrapping paper has lines on the back for perfect cut lines but I found them great markings to keep my letters straight across the banner. Hope this helps!
Your curls turned out very beautiful! I stopped using rubber bands on my microlocs when I do braidouts or twist out! Too time-consuming. Now when I get to the bottom of my hair, I twist the ends, flip it about 1/4 way up and wrap it around the length of my hair going up. It attaches to itself and doesn't unravel. Honestly, I get the same effect as the rubber bands without all of the hassle! Try it and let me know what you think! 😉
