I was on vacation for 2 weeks, first day back at work I blow my back out from reaching down to grab a piece of paper… in horrific pain these past 2 days… losing hope but your video has brought some light into my situation. Really hope this works 🥺💪
@@robdrenningpt so far i’m progressing little by little. Still achey but def not like the first 2 days. Would you recommend sitting up straight or in an Indian position or is that bad? Thanks again Rob🫡
Sitting up straight would be better. Small pillow behind back, sit on a pillow to make yourself taller so the hips are above the knees…best way to sit!
Oh man this happen to me today at work lifting a heavy piece of granit right after i put it down i tried to turn around and that was it i couldbt move anymore .13 hours later feels like its gettin worse i will try these extersises tomorrow i have to get back up asap and back to work. You thibk its possible within a week
My pain is on my right side. As soon as my right leg starts dropping the pain and discomfort start. When im sitting is worse. Trying to push up to stand kills It's been a week and a half for me. Will try this method.
First time ever in my life, i was able to touch my toes with straight legs in first go with your video OMG :), even in school days i was never able to achieve this. This is awesome. Thanks a lot. 🙌
I appreciate the info, I get them once a year at least. I also just have a stiff ache constantly. I wear a back brace to do minimal things simply because I have had my back go out. I decided to lay and let my disc heal not eating or drinking because it's just impossible to get off the floor. It's been 4 days and I really can't stand or crawl or roll to get any water. I'm thankful I came across your video, I'm doing the knee sway now. When I have enough gusto to get on my side I'll try the other one, it usually takes about 7 days in bed... But I know I won't last not drinking water that long... Again I appreciate your knowledge.

@@robdrenningpt was finally able to stand, still can't do the one on my side but I've been doing the laying on my back w the knees up... Ty for the wisdom and the response, it's been going on for over a decade so I definitely will incorporate the work outs
Yes, of course there can actually be something wrong with the back! However, statically we know that MOST of the time this isn’t the case. There’s been a bit of research on this
Yea I know that’s hard sometimes. No sharp pains unless it lessens the more you do. More moderate pain or soreness can be ok. It’s a grey line sometimes!
What do you mean exactly by „hurting“ ? I managed to do without problems. The question is if it still stresses the lumber spine or not ? Is it the safest way to come up without stressing the spine ? Or does it still stress it ?
OK, I don't really the commenting guy, but I have to say thank you. I tried a few things but this one gave me some relief. I'll keep doing this. Any recommendations how to sleep, because it's a nightmare at the moment. 😔 Thanks

I am not able to lie down on head - neither on stomach nor on back, I get stuck and the pain is beyond tolerance. I am sleeping in sitting position. Doctors have put me on pain killers, muscle relaxant, opiod, but, none is helping. Please make a video on this.

What iff you can't move bend backwards bend forwards stand strait walk up stairs can't get out of bed or in for a wile take ages doctors can't do anything it happens 2 3 times a year when it happened to me I lifted 2 big drums of paint used to spray walls exterior it feel like 2 elastic bands snapped each side of my lower back at the top of my bum cheeks I just wish it would go away it can go so easy even making the bed leaning to turn a tap on just out of the blue lasts nearly 2 weeks to heal it scares me for when I'm older I'm 51 now did it when I was around 26 years old any help would be so much appreciated
Very normal! Pain recurs and gets worse every time because muscles that support you get shut off. Then they don’t turn back on again until you tell them to! The last episode I had was from picking up a lampshade! Watch this video, once I started doing this, my episodes stopped!! Of course it should me pain free to do, lmk!
The alternative i needed at the 5:00 minutes later made it much worse. i got stuck on the floor again, which i did use your other video before, but., it very difficult , AGAIN!!!!:(And cant even remove the pillow.
This is helpful, but , what do you do if my shoulders ha ha have trouble to when i am ion the floor? i did not try. this, yet, because my back doesn't like changing positions, right now.
What if I have all the symptoms mentioned in the video, but in over 20 years I still suffer with lower back pain right in the spine area? My doctors refuse any help and say I just should do stretches and strengthen the lower back muscles. At he moment I walk like and old person due to the back pain that is not allowing me to stand up straight 😅

I'm currently on the floor struggling. My back has been out for 5 hours and I need to use the washroom, I'm going to follow the steps using this video I really hope I can get up.
Yours is the most helpful video I have found. I am comfortable sitting down. But when I stand up, I find it hard to stand up straight until I walk for a while. So do you have any exercises to do when one is sitting down. I find it difficult to not ever sit down.

I have mylower back pain for 3 months now it really hurts a lot when i sneeze im freezing...i can't lift heavy and also getting up from bed is very painful😢😢😢 i also can't bend forward😢😢😢😢 im only in my 30's
Thank you for the tips for getting out of a back spasm. Very helpful to know nothing is actually wrong. Can you tell us why it can happen on and off over a period of 7 or 8 days? Are we missing nutrients or electrolytes....anything dietary, especially if on statins or blood pressure medicine? Do we need to strengthen something in our back?
Yes! It’s because when you have pain, the muscles along your spine that support your back get shut down and actually shrink in size! You can reverse that with this exercise, if it’s painfree: SINGLE BEST Exercise for Low Back Pain! If I had to pick one! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tyOp9G5ZyLg.html
HEY DOC, PLEASE HELP, I CAN NOT 🚫 DO THAT , I CANT MOVE AT ALL , I TRIED O ASK MY GIRLFRIEND TO HELP ME BUT ALL SHE SAID IS WHY DID I WAKE HER,🤦🏽 I FEEL ALONE... I ALREADY WENT TO THE DOCTOR YESTERDAY AND SHE WENT WITH ME... TOOK 600MG OF IBUPROFEN, WHAT SHOULD I DOOO PLEASE SOMEONE! IM TRULY IN PAIN!
Sometimes you just have to rest and ride it out for a couple days, then move around more when you’re able. Even doing things like shoulder rolls (moving the shoulder blades) can help. Alternate ice and heat. There are times when that’s all you can do, hang in there!
Hello there. I try to shift a light 20lb gas tank and I felt my waist move now am in pain and your exercise work and once I try to stand the pain comes back wow that pain 😢
I know it sucks. I did it once picking up a lamp shade! Keep walking and moving as much as you can. Check out some of my other videos on how to sleep and sit, those will help too. Lmk if you need help finding them!
@@robdrenningpt Thank you for the advice. I tried some of the workouts you suggested and there are positions where the pain is gone; if I could travel this way lol. Thanks again Appreciate the information 💪🤝🤝
