Funny enough- 1. Janet was actually one of the Wachowskis' first choices for playing the role of Trinity but she (and many others) turned it down before they ultimately gave the role to Carrie Anne Moss. It would have been way more interesting to see Janet playing that role had she taken the part! And 2, She said in a recent interview that she dressed in this particular outfit because she already knew that The Matrix was gonna win that year. 😍
