Dr. Ovadia just explained why we, as human beings are not suitable for consuming most of vegetables because we have only one stomach to digest the nutrients (or anti-nutrients in this case, unlike cows) and all the toxicity in vegies (pesticides + Natural toxic from plants). Yet the dietician, Sophie Medin keeps saying, there has been a decade of research done confirming what she thinks is right, therefore, she is going to stick to it. She needs to acknowledge that big sugar companies like Kellog's, Nestle and so on... for many years, via ads, brainwashed so many people by blaming the red meat industry of being the one responsible of heart attacks and obesity. Today, there are still a lot of people who think that way. And they are pushing others to consume more vegies (oxalates, pesticides....) and fruits (fructose)! ( Remember Lance Reddick who was fit and was mostly promoting eating vegies and seeds but died of a heart disease or Zhanna Samsonova, a vegan youtuber who died of starvation and exhaustion because she wanted to keep on doing her vegan diet...) Just saying😔

The first women is an airhead, she didnt even understand the intention of those questions. Also she has been rescued twice on Everest, hope she becomes a part of the mountain the third time and the sherpas leave her alone.
In the new stuff that’s been posted about this, the former ceo tells a story about how Stockton acted as a submersible pilot, like a complete child that almost got everyone in the sub killed. It’s hilarious hearing him mention that the controller is supposed to be able to deal with a 16 year old destroying it because Stockton literally threw a fit in the sub and threw the controller at the former ceos head and broke one of the keys 😂😂😂😂

We wouldn't need any extreme diet if the food industry wasn't trying to poison us. Sure cut out processed food by going Carnivore, Keto, Vegga. But that doesn't make it a good way to eat. How about a balanced diet that avoids the junk. Stay away from processed food, Sugar, salt & oils. You're fine. Eat WHOLE food. Real food.
Wow his last name was "Rush" 🤔🤦🏽♂️ Hemp is 10x stronger than steel! You don't experiment with people on board. He should have taken it down empty on a line if anything. Never seen carbon fiber used for a major part of a machine structure. The application of it was wrong. That was one major part of construction that was his undoing! It collapsed. Everything should have been welded except a small entry point. They could have had a remote controlled drone sub business for people to help clean the wreck of the bacteria eating it! What would have been better is that they let people use a remote sub that goes down to explore. They may well have alien wormhole tech from some findings, so are probably on mars already 🤔. Also J.P.
