I hope we can see Taiga soon. It’s advertised to pull 5Gs, but not sure *where* it does. I would say either in the first turn, the rise into the top hat or its pull up, or the rise into the inverted top hat

Both rides are really different. Wodan focusses on speed and out of control feeling whilst Balder produces tons of airtime. Personally, I prefer Wodan ~Kevin
i honnestly love these g-force video's. i would love to see taron, fly and blackmamba on here sometime. such a shame phantasialand is so stricts on filming/loose items on their rides
@@pablorubio8287 yea absolutely, i fully understand why. they have a reall good reason because of the nature of their park. doesn't make it less fun though that you cant do proper pov's
I've been to Liseberg quite a few times (I live in Sweden, but about 600 miles from Gothenburg, so visits are rare). Every time I've gotten first row seats, because that's what you do - right... I was there this summer, less than a month ago, and as I used my quick pass to get to the line, I remember hearing someone on whatever Coaster Channel it was, saying that the back row on Balder was something else... And I figured why not try it. So I got in my seat all the way in the back of the train, and let me tell you - that was INTENSE!! Every time the front of the train dips over a hill it picks up speed, which feels natural when you're sitting in the front, you're going downhill so it should go faster. But when you're in the back and the front goes over the top of EACH hill, the train pulls your ass over the crest in what feels like an unnatural and extremely fast pace. The negative G's were amazing in that back seat, especially compared to the front seat.
I was told this ride was a hair-raising experience, and it did indeed raise the few hairs I had left. In fact it went so fast that it ripped said hairs off, thus making me balder. (Pardon me for this terrible joke. I have actually never been on this coaster. Also I’m not bald… yet.)

We tried it a few times, but Voltron is incredibly hard to measure with a chestmount. We are working on a method to get around this, but this will likely take some more time ~Kevin
Hey sorry to bother but what did u do to film a video on a ride in Liseberg. Me and my family really want to film ourselves on rides.. But they always say no.. So can u please answer as fast as possible since where going there soon.. Ty❤️
We got a permission beforehand and were accompanied by a representative of the park during all filming. If you just want to film for yourself, I don’t think they will be able to do the same. There are plenty of onride videos around, after all. Do you really need 1 more? ~Kevin
@@CoasterStats ah that’s a shame you could do what coaster studios did and film at after park close I don’t know how feasible that is but it’s an idea anyways if you can’t it’s not a problem
We were all quite busy and had little to no time to prepare the videos we filmed. The next 4 are already prepared, so we should be able to keep it going for a while. ~Kevin
0:52 this element is terribly executed. Because you stop rotating so suddenly, it yanks you forwards with insane force. Designing a roller coaster is not only stitching together elements and manoeuvres, but also transitioning them so you don’t turn them into dogshit. The same problem with the cobra roll at the boomerangs
@@CoasterStats What I meant with “Europe” is the videos you already have are really good, and I would be absolutely happy with newer vids from european coasters, but it would be awesome if you did videos in other places. But no pressure, I can wait a few years 😁
