Hi Josh Thanks for a great video. As a guy who is turning 60 this year, I still love to do my classes. This video hits me so well. Thanks for the great content. Keep the good work coming. Mike
sir, a very hopeful and great video. i am getting numbness in legs below knee upto sole of feet when i walk for at least 5 or 6 minutes and no actual pain ,today it has completed 2 months, can i hope it will go away ultimately i am 53 year old,
Interesting video. A couple recommendations if you do this type of work again: 1) More light please; 2) Move your camera closer or have your camera person get closer to where you are working.
Multiple exams and thousands of dollars nobody knows what is it or why what can be done last thing i did went to physical therapy nothing happened calf twitching 24/7
Well done you! Just about every video other than this one has a therapist applying the tape, and I don't have a handy box of therapists to open. Thanks so much for this considerate post 👍
Dr Josh thanks for clarifying, is Celebrex 200mg the right relief and dose? I really don’t think it is effective after 2 weeks. Should I go to the steroid injection?
Im 33 yr old scotsmen. Ive had this issue for months now. It actually started when i was 20 hammering in posts. It was fine from then to last year and now even stepping out the bath can fkk me up for 2 weeks. Im trying everything. Thanks for the video. Helped a little will add it to the morning routine.
I had to jump my neighbor's tall fence to retrieve my son's ball and landed on my feet and knee correctly but my upper body crunched my right side and heard a pop. It still hurts when I do basic things 😣
When I try to do this exercise and sit back the whole front of my right lower leg(that's on the floor) and the front of my ankle hurts really bad. Am I doing something wrong or is there another issue?
Is the carilage part soft in touch? Because when I touch the area that is supposed to be cartilage. It is anatomically right in the place and shape but it's bony hard! Should I be concerned?
I can't walk with my toes or heel, and i have numbness on foot side until my little toe. Could this lumbar spine mri results affect my foot or ankle function.
IMPRESSION: 1. Small posterior disc protrusion L5-S1 with mass effect upon the right greater than left S1 nerve root and right greater than left lateral recess narrowing and foraminal narrowing. 2. Mild degenerative disc disease and diffuse facet joint degeneration is otherwise appreciated throughout the lumbar spine.
I had an accident in Feb the doctor said there is no dislocation in both my shoulders but I sometimes feel like my shoulders will fall if I move it little fast or abit extreme stretch but after 2 month it stopped...but again today at night 4am it happened the day is July 7 like u said i just went in the baseball position to grab my phone and it happened I just got scared and reverse the movement...it's so scary 😰 the moment it feels like ur hands gonna fall...I can't even sleep so came to watch this video
Not sure if I'm glad to see that you are one of us, Doc (a patient with injured disc)! Hope for a speedy recovery. The truth is that now you know exactly how it feels to be in that position, regardless your profession, your expertise etc. In the end, you seemed a little dissatisfied with the cervical traction, or is it it just my impression?
Fortunately, I am fully recovered and feel 100%. This video was shot about 10 months ago but like anyone, it took a lot of rehab to get me back! I wouldn't say dissatisfied. The traction is really valuable for some people and for me, it was an intense feeling that I am not used to. Hope that answers some info! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the prompt answer, Doc. Happy to hear that you are back 100%. I have had two herniated lumbar discs (L4-L5, L5-S1) for two years now, but with the necessary PT, rehab and exercise, I think I'm doing well. Would you recommend traction for herniated discs in the neck also?
I was diagnosed with distal biceps tendonitis months ago. Dry needling helped but it didn't completely relieve my pain. I have noticed that since I have been actively trying to release my triceps and pronator teres the pain has subsided. I have even been able to lift more weight without discomfort. I assume this has been the issue all along. I am going to try this technique with the ball and see how it responds.
