Sean's SA3 looks cool as hell and I'm surprised there wasn't a Super version of it already in Third Strike; makes me wish there was a fighter that fought dirty and tackled opponents in the SF universe, kind of like some Tekken characters
There's Balrog for that tbh, also that one is Uru Sean, an unique version of Sean that can be considered like, Both an Akuma version of Sean, and a Funky, new Charge Character.
You can play it by downloading the 4rd strike rom, and the new supers are but the icing upon the cake, all the bottom\low\mid tiers received massive changes to make them better\more unique, while the top tier also got new tools but theyr OR stuff is much weaker (so now a Chun-Li won't win almost free against a Necro or Alex)
Smmfh its obvious the 3rd Strike community doesnt know how to make a tasteful balance patch....instead of adding unnecessary shit where it isnt needed, you should always start where a problem or potential problem persists. Like Sean's dp and tatsu. Its the weakest anti-air in the game of 3rd Strike and he can be thrown out of ex dp. Garbage. Instead, give him his SI dp and tatsu and the ability to combo into a super after tatsu like in SI and not just Makoto specific like in 3rd. Give ibuki a slight damage buff because she has to work hard to see average results plus a super from SI. Urien could benefit from being able to link off of his low forward otherwise he's fine. The rest of the roster is ok as is. Thats a very tasteful and respectful mod that brings sean up from bottom tier to upper mid tier. A mod like this could actually see competitive play in tournaments if done correctly. But this super garbage is unnecessary and nobody takes it seriously.
This era of fighting games really understood the interplay between different archetypes. The newer games are way too hung up on making everyone either a mishmash hybrid or 1-trick gimmick character with nothing in-between.
You know what would have been great? Revamped Q super's. Like somehow combining SA1 and SA2 , making SA2 a super where Q grabs slams and drags the opponent and keeping SA3.
I simply cannot wait to play this game again after so many years of finding a ps2 console in a brilliant condition. The music, stages, graphics, superb outfits, voice acting and story. You simply can’t go wrong with that.
Finally, someone actually explained it, for me it's a different story, I have a love toward my favourite cartoon network character, then it was ruined by some guy who draw fetish art of them, I was too afraid to ask about I hate about them because they could criticize me for being "sensitive", they said "we're not the villain" childhood was ruined because I couldn't bring justice to the weirdos on the internet.
Fire Emblem 6 Project Ember has all of the ones from the start of the video up to when it changes mod. Fire Embem Gaiden Demake mod for FE8 has most of the FE2 ones you can watch here. Animations like Gold Knight are in Project Ember, Project Wildflower and some other FE8 mods. Most of the other animations are from dead projects.
