Hearing you describe your dads moment of death brought back to me how I sat holding the hand of a friend while he died. Exactly the same with the struggle for every breath, the mucus in the mouth, the bubbles and the final gasp. Very distressing. He was in icu in hospital so was attached to monitors and what happens is the lungs and heart start to fail and the oxygen level in the blood gets to a negligible amount and the person cant breath any more and dies. Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm still gping to watch part 3 now.

Thank you for watching, unfortunately this is all too common for those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer as more than half of those diagnosed are given a terminal diagnosis with life expectancy less than three months. It is my hope that diagnostic testing improves in the future and provides more hope to those who suffer with this hideous illness.
I'm in year 7 of losing my Dad to cancer and coming up to 2 years of losing my Mum, possibly to pancreatic cancer too. I really resonated with everything you said and cried through every word. You become a different person and life is different, that's the only way I can describe it. You also become very resilient as you realise not much else could hurt you like what you've been through. I went through a similar experience when my mum was diagnosed with cancer and then she passed. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts. Life changes when we lose a parent. It's a pain like no other. 🎉
I've just watched all 3 parts and wanted to say how incredibly touching, informative and beautiful this was. I'm living with stage 4 cancer and have 6 children, the youngest being 12. I feel no sorrow for myself but my heart aches for them preparing for me not being here. I'm fortunate that I haven't yet been given an horrendously short timescale but each scan brings progression. I wish you comfort in the knowledge that you were a wonderful son and did all you could to make your dad's last month as good as it could be. May you have a beautiful life moving forward and my deepest condolences for your loss x
Thank you for sharing,I send Condolences to you and family. There is no time limit for grieving hun, and certainly there is no right or wrong way to grieve. You just do what you have to do to get through it because it will come in stages and when you least expect it. Take Care x
