I really miss the old school ps2 franchise modes. I have like 3 or 4 franchises 14+ years in on madded 08? The one with mcnabb on the cover lol. Im only here bc i don't feel like switching tvs rn so imma try a newer madden. Just found out 2k doesnt have anything off-line. Thats insane
I was born in 1979. Nostalgia for me is actually the Sega Genesis Madden's, so when I say the last good Madden was from the PS2 era, that's not my nostalgia speaking. I cannot decide if it is better or worse to be me in that on one hand, I got to see football games be made when there was competition allowed which resulted in us consumers getting an improved(noticeably) sports game every year, but have been disappointed every new EA football release for almost 20 years now(06 was the first Madden that regressed). On the other hand, if you've only eatin bad sandwiches your whole life, if you get a sandwich that is improved, you may not get the best sandwich, but you think you are.
I've played and will continue to play simulation. a friend so to speak insisted we play Arcade recently. I went up 14-0 and ending up losing 63-42 . all he had was one play but i couldn't stop it, to the house every time. I'd beat him to sleep in the real mode, Simulation. 💯
So I’m playing on arcade mode is it wrong? Cause I enjoy playing as a Franchise QB who can be Superman when it’s crunch time and I don’t particularly enjoy having to playing on Sim since I’m more casual and not advanced.
I'm having that issue with my game. I left the game on by itself for 10 to 15 mins because i had to clean up real quick & simulate week 17 . All of sudden its not letting me play the next week. I tried everything & still not working. I have a ps4 madden 22
