Was about to happen to me in California. They should all be audited, and the main pysch doctors need to be evaluated every year. Remember if you are 5150d in California in LosAngeles you can not be kept longer than your 72hrs, unless you are sent for another hearing to be 5250d. Which would mean 2 weeks. You can deny medication!! It's only gonna keep you there longer, and and most likely they'll threaten you with court- better to fight than unnecessary medication that can seriously alter your brain. I was scared. They allowed me no outside calls unless it's call time, and even then they lost my emergency numbers, and they wouldn't let me look through my contraband knowing my emergency contact was in a paper there. The nurse in charge of taking me was ignoring me, and even then when I told her I got it. She had a look of how I did it, like if I wasn't supposed to. They ignored my asking for patient rights, and medical advocates. Which they tried denying they existed. It was a horrific experience, and now I'm waiting to see if they get hit with a lawsuit to join.
Virtual court is it against the LAW! And do all judges across AMERICA know this. The average citizen doesn't truly know the law. Courts were established so that a live body person would have it legal day inside a courtroom. With a judge and court report and legal council and witnesses. Attorney don't likely bring this matter up because it makes there job's much more easy for them. So is the system broken and have Law's truly been broken across AMERICA.
