Should put a very damp warmed up towel over the face to soften the skin and make it a lot easier and more comfortable for the poor old person to have them removed. A nice warm wet towel is the way to go. I don't know why these so called techinicians are so ignorant of that.
This woman went through a period of homelessness due to a mental health crisis. Living on the streets and not being able to bathe regularly, she’s making her way back slowly. She had absolutely gorgeous skin before the breakdown. Just a very sad story.
