really love this video, so well made, thank you!!! more often ppl focus more on yoh's pov (since the show starts with yoh as narrator) and often dismiss segasaki's backstory and how he acquired feelings for yoh. i find him a complex yet easy to read character in which he doesn't say express bluntly his affection but his actions speak so loud that it's impossible not to pick up. both actors did these characters justice, their acting was on point and the chemistry is off the charts (both on and off screen). i am so in need of a season 2 /movie

I loved how there wasn't any spoonfeeding to the audience about the whole plot, most of the times you really had to be paying attention to understand the characters' pov
Lestat wants all of Louis to the degree that Louis would have NOTHING left of himself. Lestat does NOT understand that the kind of "need" he has is toxic as hell and that NO ONE with an ounce of self-love will give up even their unknown Soul for him. The thing is that Louis loves Lestat most deeply but Lestat is unhealed from a tortured past and therefore, has an all-consuming appetite for all of Louis which makes Lestat no better for Louis that the systemic goons that Louis has been dealing with for his entire life.
