Car reviews and test drives from a perspective of a guy who lived in Europe for a while. You'll find new vehicle reviews, as well as POV test drives during the day and night on my channel.
Wow! The Mercedes Benz Maybach S-class S580 is very good. It has massaging seats and luxury level is on the top. It is on the list of most luxurious cars in the world. Mostly, the LED lights which are normally cheap and give a excellent feeling. I can't afford this car so I think the millionaires across the globe are lucky enough to get their hands on this car.
When you have a XF you buy a different car full of style, very smart. You are from the good sociale class. Not like Bmw, audi and merc. You get more respect and you have a better sociale image. Jaguar are not reliable, that is the worst point. For the rest... the style put you uppon all german cars loved by muslim young from arabic countries.
@@EUROCARGUY Thanks! I have one on order- not able to test drive beforehand. I'm expecting higher than normal road noise, but that much engine noise is a bit much.
I just picked up the same color, Coastal Blue, CT4V Blackwing with 6MT and both carbon packages and the thing is amazing. Easily beats everything else I was looking at. Came from a 2023 Civic Type R and before that a 2021 Civic Type R (which I actually liked more than the 2023), so this is a whole other beast.
Those winter tires definitely sap some of the fun but otherwise, a fine car for what it is. Was the interior refresh for MY25 ever confirmed like it was for the 5 Blackwing??
CT4V and CT5V are disappointing from a performance perspective and in no way a threat to an M3/M4. I own a G82CXD and before I purchased the M3, I test drove both 4 & 5 caddis and both were pretty disappointing in their performance.. Also, from a modification & customization view point, both caddies are nowhere near a modded & tuned S58. Great looking cars, but if you want performance, there are better options.
Why would you compare the V version to full M? 2 different classes completely. The appropriate comparison for an M is the V Blackwing which has already beaten every M on the track (uncluding the M3 CSL which was just barely slower than the manual BW at Willow Springs.) BMW builds the better luxury car (for more money) and Cadillac the better performance car. Now you can option the Cadillac up with carbon fiber packages, carbon fiber seats, etc which will close the gap (and the refreshed coming out this year with the wide LED display and other toys helps) but you can't option an engaging steering, chassis and satisfying manual on the M. As it is I have a M3 and 5 Blackwing in the fleet but if I were starting over today, I'd just get the Blackwing (and some day when I'm too old for a road course maybe I'll skip them all and find my way to an Aston Martin if God continues to Bless me!)
The BMW M2 and M3 are very disappointing from a performance perspective and in no way a threat to a Tesla or Lucid or Porsche EV. They will get killed by these EV's, if you want performance there are better options than BMW M cars. You see where this is going? Enjoy the drive with the best manual transmission and handling in this price range with the Blackwing and the practicality/cost of ownership not only the numbers. A tuned Blackwing is more performance than you will ever use on the streets.
