At time 4:29 that clamp you just placed, is 90 degrees wrong. It should be clamping the new front panel to the base timbers, NOT just clamping the base timbers. What were you thinking of??? Anothyer, better option would have been to use long heavy timber sections that would be placed on the front of the new timber, placed from left to right, and clamped using heavy timber clamps. Another long, heavy timber down near the floor, but clamping the new timber to the frame. Probably 4 decent sized clamps would be needed for this job.
On a one lane county road, not a highway. It's not too bad, you can usually push up on the left and sneak through them. They'll move over. But we were the ones taking them down the road that day 😆 they weren't going too far luckily.
Yeah it's a total waste, nice little farm to potter around on and everything has been done properly on there. That's the farm where I helped with the riparian planting. But forestry bought it, just like the block opposite our house.
If you put a face on the storage area where the battery is, are you going to be able to undo the ratchet strap if you need to take the battery out? Maybe the ratchet needs to go on the other side? When this is finished you'll need to get another truck so we can keep watching!
That is a very good point! I hope you've been watching because we took this comment in to consideration and amended the cupboard plan! 😆 Thank you for pointing that out! And another truck?! That might kill us, but what you can watch is us rebuilding things as it falls apart when we start traveling around in it! 😆 I'm sure we'll have to make some additions here and there as we figure things out too!
Thank you! I swore I wouldn't colour my hair again until greys started coming through lol (which they are not!) but my ends are going so ginger! 😆 Was hoping it might stick and calm the orange! I haven't coloured my hair since 2018 and I haven't been to a hairdresser since 2020, shocking! 🫣
Thank you! Great to hear! Nothing scripted in our videos! Thanks for commenting and also letting us know where you're watching from, it's great to know! Thanks for watching 🥰
😆 thanks! We discovered today the that panel had a massive bow in the offcut piece so maybe that's why those cupboards aren't perfectly straight! It's not just the truck!
Handy tip re door/drawer handles and much else where you have the need to find 2 holes spaced accordingly is to put apiece of masking tape onto the handle where you used the marker Benn, then simply poke a hole thorough the tape where screw holes are, then remove tape and transfer it to door/drawer front, mark the holes and Bobs your Aunty. 😊
That would have been smart! Those roads were what was slowing the traffic down, everyone merging in. We didn't plan to go in to NP, about halfway there we changed our mind then thought we should go in and get gas before driving too much further!
