One thing I’m going to say that really pisses me off to no end. I have Mac. and you can not reset with Mac. To make it worse I called Epson directly and basically they said pound sand, we will send to a list of authorized repair companies and guess what? There is not one in Arizona! Now will I buy another Epson product? Heck no! But I might get a stinking Widows computer of which I will use for situations such as this! Epson sucks wind!

Just bought this and I can confirm that this is NOT a scam, I followed the instructions, which are straightforward and it worked! My printer is now printing borderless again and I saved money on having to buy a new printer - very happy!
