@@growwithanita It’s not broccoli (which IS a healthy food), it’s caloric, and late night calories turn into fat unless you were toiling in a field all day. People are fat enough already.
Isaid it's a healthy snack option because this is very low in calories. If you choose to eat it as late night snack or early in the morning or lunch,; I don't have a problem with that. Like I said it is low in calories(just 100% unsweetened chocolate and cottage cheese. At the end of the day, moderationis the key. Thank you@mellocello187
Why low fat? Use whole milk cottage cheese. You are removing the best part. Healthy fats do not make you fat. It makes you feel full for longer. Then you eat less. It’s a simple concept. If you take all of the cream out of milk all you have left is pasteurised white liquid sugar. Called lactose. Try to find pasture raised 💯 grass feed whole milk cottage cheese to get the most health benefits. Cows have eaten grass forever until the greedy started feeding them with GMO round up sprayed grains. Great ranchers calls it crack for cows.
It’s almost like people don’t know what an ingredient is. How many ingredients are in cottage cheese? How many are in your chocolate bar? Add those numbers together and you have the amount of ingredients. Simple math.
Lol...I get your point😊. You can play around with it,you can add walnut or pecans to give it extra crunch.you can be flexible with what you eat,the aim is moderation . I used unsweetened chocolate bar because is very low in calories. Some people can still use sweetened chocolate if you want it a bit sweet,for the sweet tooth 😋 😜. Thanks
Lol...it's not sweet. It depends on what you want. There are sweetened and unsweetened. I used unsweetened as a healthy recipe. But if you don't have pr0blems with sweet things, you can use sweetened chocolate. At the end if the day, it's all about moderation. Thank you@jimmiepatrum
@@user-rp5kn8hj9oUnfortunately most are chemical garbage that are serious endocrine disruptors - even many that use ‘natural’ products. Check out the use of things described as natural or flavours as ingredients…completely unregulated 😵💫
@@growwithanita, Tofu varies is consistency (silky soft to firm). I'd go with something in the "medium" vicinity for fudge, although the silky makes a delicious mousse. Key point with whatever variety you use: Be sure to "compress out" as much water from the tofu beforehand via pressure-blotting with paper towels. 💖🥰😘🌹
