Rakic fights like a monster, very good fighter, unfortunately lost this one, but he's a very very good boxer, would be a hell of a fight against poatan.

Jiri must do something about his defense. If he keeps on getting punched like he is, it will catch up with him. Some of the strikes maybe doesn’t do as much damage as it seems, it’s just his head is bouncing like a pinball machine 🤣
Jiri is a true warrior. He is respectful of his opponents. He shows up when he’s scheduled to fight. He doesn’t care if he is getting hit/kicked. He doesn’t care if it’s pretty. He doesn’t care what the judges think. He battles until the battle is over and tells the truth. All of his fights are badass. I’m glad that he was a ufc champion. No one deserves it more.

This is why they should have given jiri more time in poatan fight.i wouldn't have put the possibility of him coming back to KO poatan out of the equation
The poatan is amazing even look at how the jiri absorbs so many blows and does not fall, with poatan with only two crusaders he collapsed this shows how powerful those hooks are, the jiri is not an easy guy to knock down
Jiri is reminiscent of prime Tony Ferguson: insane forward pressure and offense with great psychological intimidation but poor defense and leans heavily on his chin. Unfortunately as we’ve seen in mma time and again, it’s a very temporary success fighting that way and sooner rather than later he’s going to meet his own “Justin Gaethje” and get his chin cracked and never be the same after
I'm Serbian, but I adore this guy Prohaska so much that I wonder who I should root for ?!? Let Rakić be alive and well and the UFC title will arrive at some point, and all the best to Prohaska
I have no idea of how Rakic lost this one. I mean he looked like a sniper with the strikes like a taller arms version of Cro Cop. But iguess Jiri just woke up and choose violence
@@aradianite Agreed. I even think Rakic is a better fighter, but he was away for 2 years with a bad injury and no reeboot fight and also Jiri chose to be an animal that day
@@michaelcarrig627 agreed. LHW might even be one of the most exciting divisions right now or comming on right now. They have the size of HW but just a bit smaller so that they still are fast AND have power AND technique. Many HW are just fat slobs who rely on ther right overhand except the kings of HW like DC, Miocic, Cro Cop, Ubereem and some others
Mabe others not going to agree with me, but jiri nearly knocked alex out, alex somehow catching him with his right in my opinion is just lucky. Just look closely to the fight
Jiri was winning the fight up until he got caught. I believe the stoppage was early anybody who has watched Jiri long enough knows he wasn't out of the fight
