Does this help tho because my main issue is reflexes and if dude keeps his hand still that’s not very realistic to a fight not being hateful or nothing just interested
Yeah. Noting is ever going to be as realistic as the fight itself. This is more for getting your body used to the movement so it becomes more natural. There are other drills we can do to work on reflexes.
Well maybe someone can’t throw you a tennis ball around head level and u dodge it like in a fight or u throw it against the walls but u can also try using the mits
that isn’t the point of the speed bag even though the name suggests it is. It’s for shoulder endurance and maintaining rhythm even when your arms are burnt out
Thank you for all of these videos im 13 yo I've been a kickboxer for 6 months, and before you write me off, im a fairly good kickboxer. I've beaten people who have done this for 2 to 3 years
@@Jake667chenzen way more fighters world wide in the lower weights as the average male isn't 6'4 200lbs, also as the power tends to be lower (lower weight) it requires much more cardio and skill than heavier weights as KO/TKO wins are lower
Title super speed swivel. I used to have it. Its pretty dope. They have one that is just a bike chain link tho with even better mpvement js. Either way title boxing sells both. They sell good bags too.
