These dogs create lots of problems to people. They chase scooterist which ends up in accidents and lose of life. They barks in the dead of night which disturbs sleep of people. They deface housing society. If people are bitten they have to take injection worth Rs. 3000. How a poor man if bitten by stray dogs can afford this. Hence I hate dogs

Both mother and puppies seem to need a lot of help for the puppies to find teats and get some nurishment. I think you must assist them, not let them just run around and cry like that. And the mother seems quite inexperienced, does not help them to find the teats. Help is needed to get her to lie down in get the puppies placed at teats with milk. Or else you probably should supplement it with bottle-milk.

Most of these puppies won't get adopted into loving homes but instead will end up getting clubbed to death. They will unfortunately becoming meals at dog-meat restaurants. These savages are not "rescuing" no animals but themselves. Sick, evil, and shameful. Yep, all of the above.
