Actualy 1rep matter, but you have to do 1 rep almost every 20-60 minutes, so you in one day you will do maybe 25 reps one every 20-60 min with 90%-95% max weight at full power = this will increase tendon strenght and power but who have time for it HIT is better for me.
Arm+shoulder focus split that’s worked well for me Triceps and back Shoulder day Biceps and chest Legs Rest and repeat Let’s u train arms first without it affecting back/chest and you get a whole day for shoulders. Can do it in any order u want I just put it that order so I can rest my tris before chest and my bis before back Because of how it’s ordered u can also have the rest day wherever u like and only take it when u need it as the previous session has very little crossover with the next
My split is Monday: Back and Rear Deltoids. Tuesday: Rest, Wednesday: Chest, Biceps, and forearms. Thursday: Rest. Friday: Legs and Abdominals. Saturday: Rest. Sunday: Shoulders, Triceps and Abdominals.
