Yes, Nigerian pharmacists practice clinically. There is a Pharm D program in many universities. There is a board that makes sure the schools meet international standards.

So glad to have found this video. I am a second year pharmacy student as well. In a "traditional" program. I am very very interested in applying for the Airforce scholarship. Unfortunately, I have to loose 46lbs so that's the barrier that I am facing oh and passing my classes through this last semester during COV and trying to push through bc lately I haven't been as motivated.

There is a healthcare professions scholarship/program that they offer sometimes. You would go through your local recruiter to start that process. Basically you go to school for 4 years as you full-time job and then you owe the Air Force a few years after that. I haven’t seen this offered to many pharmacy students unfortunately. Hi, I think I overheard you state you are in the Air Force. I just got accepted into pharmacy school and wants to join the air, but was told they would only cover my last two years. Did you join under the health profession scholarship?
Congrats on getting into Pharmacy School!! That’s amazing. I didn’t join under that scholarship, it’s hard for pharmacist to obtain that scholarship. I’m in the reserves but I have considered going active. I use my GI bill to help with school because they won’t cover a doctorate for me. I used my other benefits for my masters degree. My recommendation is trying to get your loans paid off once you’ve graduated from pharmacy school.

I just love your vibe and how transparent you are. I knew the first time watching your video that I was going to love your channel. God lead me to find your channel. Gods presence is so strong in your videos and I love it. There is a song that helps me get through and just settled in my spirit. It’s called Same Grace by William Murphy. Thank you for this video I had my session this morning and my three affirmations that I have to say in the mirror everyday is I love myself, I’m worthy, and I’m beautiful. Unfortunately I haven’t been consistent with doing it, but seeing this video and hearing your affirmation and how your therapist have you say it when you walk in the room. Motivates me and reminds me to be consistent with my healing as well. Love you hun and yes you are more than enough WE are more than enough and as long as we continue to seek God first everything else will fall through 🙌🏽❤️

I am a 21 year old wanting to enlist in the Air Force some time in early 2020. I want to go in and become a pharmacy technician. What do you recommend are the best ways to get this position while also trying to go to school for pharmacy with no previous experience? What kind of score on the ASVAB would I need to become a pharmacy tech? Thanks for the help!!!
I apologize for the late reply. I think you should definitely try to study as much as you can to score high for the ASVAB. Your pharmacy knowledge won’t matter for this. I am not sure the exact score that you need for this career field but I will do some research and get back to you. I know a lot of friends that didn’t have any prior pharmacy experience that graduated this tech school successfully. I am not a pharmacy tech in the Air Force. I am a medical admin but I have many years of experience in the civilian world. I don’t think you should let your lack of experience deter you, just remain positive and work hard. You got this! Pharmacy is challenging. Well pharmacy school rather but nothing that I feel you wouldn’t be able to get through. I absolutely love the profession. The math is so basic but they have found a clever way to make it more challenging than it really has to be. I don’t think it’s anything that would prevent you from doing pharmacy. It’s a small part of what we do.
Hey Brandy, I don’t really have a skincare routine. I can just tell you what I use when I do have a pimple or two. I use urbanskin rx (even tone cleanser) and I use ambi as a moisturizer. I have heard that ambi does cause problems for some people so be careful but that’s really it. If this doesn’t help and you would rather me record this, I am definitely willing to do it.
greetings, my daughter got offered this job and is thinking about doing it, she meets with her recruiter next week to discuss, can you tell me how hard the school is, does it require any additional certs. she also wants to know how the promotion is for this field, thanks in advance.
The school isn’t hard at all. Everyone that I started with, I graduated with. It doesn’t require any additional certifications. This career field is amazing, it’s such a broad field, you aren’t just limited to medical records and typical front desk functions. There’s always promotion potential, just tell her to make sure that she takes charge of her career because if she doesn’t no one else will. I don’t mean this in a discouraging way but I truly believe thats how I was able to promote on time for every rank. I just knew what was needed for my next promotion and made sure that I completed those tasks early on, that way when I qualified for the next rank, it wouldn’t hold me up.

I don’t mind the questions, I’m here to help 😁 My apologies. I thought you meant she got the same AFSC, 4A0 that I have. As for the pharmacy tech, yes she will take a test at the end of tech school that will make her a certified pharmacy technician but it’s really for her benefit. If she chooses to get out, she’ll have that certification under her belt. Let me know if you need anything else. I plan to record a video on my BMT experience soon, maybe that’ll be a little helpful for her as well.
