Welcome to my channel and welcome to my very unique niche on RU-vid: a place where I will try to create great cities in Cities: Skylines II! In my turn, what will interest you is that it is quite interactive for my viewers and subscribers, taking into account that the process of creativity is carried out through discussion and voting, by which they have every chance to influence the fate of the cities I build. I am intending to go for a kind of realistic look in builds, holding somewhat of a balance between the grand scale of things and the detailed ones.
Looks great! There's a mod that can fix the rips/dips on the retaining wall, I think it's called "force retaining wall." Otherwise don't forget to work on making surrounding buildings higher to make a gentil decrease in density. Oh, please reconnect the cut tramlines and fix the weird tram movement at the main tram hub park.
Unemploiment is caused by two bugs: the office bug where they cut down the number of work position over time down to minimum 5, and the park bug where homeless people get stuck forever

I fall in love with your city immediately after seeing that highway system along the waterfront, it’s absolutely beautiful. This reminds me of my city but I keep the highway intersections even tighter since I’m building a Japanese style city.
its funny to see that in north america its ok to have a double highway in front of residencial buildings, but in most places of South/latino america, if you have a double highway like this in front of your house/bulding you just signed your death and there is nothing you can do, its going to be one of the poorest and dangerous places in city
one thing I find helpful when doing quays-to avoid the annoying bit where it lowers some of the land on the side of the road you don't want lowered, it's best to have buildings established on that side of the land-when I wait to do the edges after the zones grow, or if I put a park or whatever, the land doesn't sink under them-unles you go too wild with it. Hope that makes sense-bit less frustrating at least. I'm nowhere near getting my city layouts to look as good as yours though. Gonna have to come back and watch from the beginning to see if I can follow along and use some of your tips and tricks. Thank the RU-vid algorithm, I subscribed, liked and obviously commented.
Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely try your method in upcoming episode (spoiler alert) 😄 Regarding city layout - just try to build small city center and slowly expand, also you can build several towns and later connect them to one great metro area.

Well I read dev diary - update should really bring nice upgrades to economy, personally i am really interested how demand will work, because now I am stuck without any high rise demand in my city. Regarding if it will break existing city, I guess we will see. I think mods will be broken for some time- that what can kill cities.
