I have something going on with the ulnar nerve in my left elbow, so I cant feel the 2 outside fingers on my left hand or half of the hand itself. This is how I now sound trying to play guitar
Ace is the place to get your helpful guitar 🎸 fix. Saw him on first KISS tour in LA in 1974 and over a half dozen. With and without the band and unmasked. He's a legend. Cold Gin mutha's
When I was a budding guitar player I used to look up to Ace and was super impressed. One of my influences and heroes. At my current level and decades of playing I realize he is incredibly basic, simple, sloppy, gimmicky, and not good at all. In the 70's anyone could become famous or a "guitar God" with a little distortion and gimmicks.
He doesn't that much different than he did in old videos from the '70's, but technically guitar playing changed a lot since then, but Ace didn't. But yes age has taken a toll--it will happen to you too. He's still far better musician than Gene or Paul mind you
