@@Endlessways13 Much love man, thank you! I purchased the swan neck used from a fellow track guy about a year ago. I have some footage of the install but unfortunately that video is incomplete. I’ll be doing an overview of the cars build in the near future!
I owned a k-swapped PY ITR for a short time. Worst car I ever bought, but that’s not to say the ITR is a bad car. It’s actually a phenomenal car; but lessons were learned: never buy someone else’s project. The one I had was bad because it was extremely modified. I’d love to own another one, but a clean CW bone stock example… $$$
I don't mean to be rude, but the music was way too loud!please, improve it to another video next time.just a positive opinion from me.that's all thanks for the video, cheers?👍🚗❤️
The fact that he went back to the usdm is awesome don’t get me wrong I love the JDM front but if you have a og itr keep it original don’t ruin it unless it’s been in a wreck or salvaged but I’m keeping my usdm on my dc2
i love this one and the 2 piece JDM conversion one. this was my teenage memories of rippin around in this whip in the midst when they were getting stolen alot. IDC i still drove mines. i lost it to a tree on a raining day.. RIP even then its was worth the experience.. live and learn
I have never driven one my whole life. I only fantasized driving one of these when they were on their market prime. This was $25, 000 dollars back then.
Thank you for the video. Can you share what items list you bought and how it has changed since the installation? How is the drive different from stock suspension?
I bought the Sakebomb Garage Ohlin DFV's with 12/10kg swift springs. Car feels a lot better on the track and soaks up a lot of the bumps in the road very well. Good happy medium for a street and track coilover. The coilovers paired with squared 255/40/17 wheels really made the turn-in on corners feel very responsive to me.
What was the black spacer (?) you added at 1:35? I don’t think mine came with that and it’s not in the instructions. But I had to add a washer on my rears because I was clunking even after the nut was at its lowest point so I’m wondering if that was the cause.
Hey Matt, I'm not too entirely sure what the purpose is for the black spacer. It was the most logical location for it to go to when I assembled the coilovers. No clunking at all. I'd suggest checking your preload if you have the clunking still
