We have used them for Rat Reds and sheep head. My wife was talking about using them yesterday and how she would keep them when she was with her grandpa running crab pots every day and fish with them. They are the sleeper bait only a few years

I find the unit makes more of a difference than the power to it. It is powered by the 32Ah AMPED outdoors lithium battery. I noticed it looked like you were holding 15v on your live scope do you think it helps the clarity on your screen. If so what type battery are you using and what voltage.Thanks for the video

11ft has more fines and detects smaller bites… even when the fish bumps it or swims up with the bait. 7`6” has more backbone and better when fishing next to trees or obstacles that prevent you casting… (impossible to do it with a 11 ft rod). Also, I would choose the 11ft because of the grip. Cork is excellent… most of my rods have cork grip.. (spinning rods and fly rods) but you have to be more mindful (don’t hook your bait, spinners, poppers into your cork rod handle).
No angler owns the water nor a spot on a body of water. No different from fishing another person’s brush pile or favorite spot. It will get fished by someone no matter what and no spot will never get fished out.

Timothy I’m not seeing your other comments my apologies. Outlaw is what we run now as I firmly believe they are great rods! 8’2 or 10’2 is my favorite!

Great Vid! I followed ur live scope pole build in your other vid. I modified the design some to fit my boat. Saved a ton of money too! Now im just trying to decide if i like it V having it mounted to my trolling motor. .. no doubt for crappie fishish its the way to go....but im a die hard bass fisherman...anyway enough rambling.

Fun vid. I got out on granger last Sunday and broke in that new outlaw rod I won on a just barely short of 15 inch pig and quite a few others. Very sensitive rod. Luv it. Thanks a lot.
I’m thinking it’s like ice fishing when you’re staring down the hole at a bunch of huge perch and they won’t touch anything you put in front of them. Still be better than not having it.

@@Dangle_Nation when it is windy. Spotlock wants to move you around while you are casting. So maintaining boat control on days that are not calm. Had gone out a few more times and pointed into the wind and attempted to go the same speed as the wind to keep the boat still. Then the winds picks up or slows down.
I really like what your doing , being creative with habitat. The crappie love cover and where it sits. I am impressed , that coming from one known as The Beaver in Northeast Kansas. Enjoying your presentation.

Been wanting to up grade but I’m need to wait until they bring the price down or I catch a really good sale. Haven’t got a chance to use rod yet but it’s rigged and ready with the baits you sent me.
