a question if you please. if the request for information is made by the client to a government agency which is for documents. [the documents are regarding court proceeding where the client' lawyer was acting for the client] can LLP be used by the government agency to withhold the documents? surely since the lawyer was the acting agent of the client , then the client has all the right to that information.
