No TROUBLESHOOTING ADVIXE….. my thermostat won’t even start with pushing the PROGRAM BUTTON as I usually do….. all sorts of weird numbers and letters show up….batteries replaced …. Thermostat is 9 yrs old….. probably needs replacing…,
Your company is a joke. You guys practice planned obsolescence. Your company is ran by white collar cucks and support by blue collar men. You company tells people that they need a whole new system when in reality they just need their equipment serviced. Then you put junk in their house thatll break in 2 years. You make the majority of your money from sales, that alone should tell people everything. When you add retail to the trade industry you get shady companies like this.
I don't consider that level of noise acceptable in the tightly packed urban houses typical of many UK cities. Is there anything that can be done to quiet these down? Background, I did see a recent reference to a Heat Pump fitted to a Bath (in Somerset) industrial estate without planning permission which now needs noise barriers to be fitted after the neighbours complained. Would welcome a video about these sort of barriers (i.e. how well do they work, what do they cost, do the trap cold air near it and so reduce its efficiency and so on)
This thing is so stupid. I just want to manually set a temperature....and won't even hold it. Wake up cold in the middle of the night in the dead of winter! Fn frustrating
I have this thermostat (was there before I bought the property) and I eventually figured out how to program it, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to fix the units. It's in Farenheit!!! How do I fix it so it shows properly in Celcius? Or do I just need a new thermostat? This is incredibly irritating.
These things are are just too difficult. This is what I want to do... I want to be able to set my thermostat MANUALLY and keep it at that temperature until I want to change it MANUALLY again without the temperature changing on it's own. Can you do that?
I followed to procedure to replace the panel but the change water panel light is still blinking. What should I do? Are there additional steps to reset the control panel?
Hello Robert, turning the knob on the humidistat clockwise into test mode should have fixed the issue. If you are still having trouble, we recommend you book a service call. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
